Thank you to Yaly for all her hard work in making our trip the best. Playa Pesquero is lucky to have her as public Relations. She is so good at her job. The welcome dinner for return guests was awesome. Room was clean every day. Food was good. Thank you again. See you next year.

We have just arrived home from our 5th visit to Playa Pesqureo and for the 5th time this hotel did not disappoint. I truly do not believe this hotel could deliver anything but excellence. Yadira, the front desk manager is simply the best in the business. The most accommodating and professional lady leading this charge and it clearly shows as she and her team create a most pleasurable experience from the time you arrive on site. The cleaning staff, all gardening personnel, bartenders and pool bar staff, all food service employees, anyone you come into contact with that this hotel employs, truly the best people we have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. Like when your breakfast waitress hugs you each morning, that kind of thing just does not happen. This place is truly our 2nd home. We are already looking to book again this fall, and this will be our destination once again. I could go on forever about this place but it truly speaks for itself. If travelling to Cuba is in the forecast for your next trip or your first vacation, do yourself a favor and visit this hotel. It will take you back to a time that we all are longing for, this place has captured it and hands it back to us every single time.

What an extraordinary week for a 7th time at Playa Pesquero with our family and friends. The comfort of the rooms is perfect, clean and cozy, the quality and quantity of the food was more than sufficient. Not to mention the exceptional service from the staff. Starting with the amazing help and good service from Yaly Cernicharo of Public Relations who was able to manage all the requests of our group (25 person). Then there was the superb collaboration with the reservation director of the à la carte restaurants Mabel Morffe Rodríguez who reserved all the restaurants for us. Not forgetting the excellent service at the bar of the Lobby of the beautiful Karenia Lorenzo Peña and the whole pleasure that of the animation group involves people to mention only these: David, Sonia Castellano Velázquez, Yacel Duran

Just returned from a fabulous 3 week vacation with our family that was the best experience I've ever had in an all-inclusive! Coming home was a sad experience because we became comfortable with having so many people cater to us, we had to begin to learn how to take care of ourselves on returning to Canada! The staff here are the best I have ever seen in a resort. Every day we were greeted with a genuine friendliness wherever we went. So many positive experiences I will just compile a list. First: We stayed in Bungalow 10. Ocean view. Almost central to the day to day activities like the beach, buffet, lobby bar/cafe, beer garden etc. The room was great, the housekeeper, named "Illiana" was absolutely the best! She was very attentive to detail, and everything was always clean and fresh. Thank you so much! Second: The Animation Group, and Leo. You people worked so hard at making it a happy time , from the ocean exercises in the morning to the afternoon pool party. We timed our day around your schedule. Third: The Restaurants. I will just say, we felt very fortunate to "dine around town" as it were. The Restaurant Romantic will forever stick in my mind. It is elegant and exceeds 5 stars. Having been in the restaurant business myself, I can only say it was an experience that far exceeded our expectations, and we repeated twice! The service and attentive sommelier is something you would expect in a famous restaurant attended by the elite, but here, it is standard service, as is the table service. Congratulations Romantic, you are definately number one on the list. Now, in no particular order, Caletones, Seafood Restaurant on the Ocean. Wow! The kitchen is open concept, the aroma is enticing we ate here 3 times, once every week , and feasted on seafood , like lobster. The waitress and waiters were fantastic, attentative, and professional. Traditional Restaurant "Caribeno" is another favorite of ours. Another couple of "date nights" here, but also including an evening with family and friends. Yaneisi , thank you for your infectious happiness and service, as well as the entire staff working those nights. And the chefs! So many enjoyable conversations. For sure, another restaurant surpassing the 5 stars. Restaurant Tradiciones, on the boulevard. Great food, and relaxing atmosphere! The night breezes were a welcome relief from the heat, but the attentive staff and exceptional meals were also appreciated. Open for lunch on occassion too. Restaurant Club Cubano, also on the boulevard, is a great place for lunch. The line up was worth the wait as it had the most delicious soup, fried chicken and French Fries. Excellent! And the best Mojito bar!!! The Beer Garden. If there is a beating heart, it is here, 24 hours a day. Great breakfast for those early risers, great quick lunches and snacks whenever you feel like it. And the staff here deserve a medal for their patience and grace , because we all know, there is always that one customer you can't please. But give generously my friends, some work many hours through the night and are just as pleasant at making coffee at 3 a.m. , or serving beer, without waivering smiles. We appreciate the continuation of the "Canada Day" recognition, and also love the Cuban Carnival with all the music and tastes of Cuba, dancing . Just miss the traditional roast pork that brought curious people following the aroma of the entire pork roasting over the charcoal and smoke filling the air. If anything, that tradition of Cuba should be brought back for the Carnaval. Last, but certainly not least, is the Buffet staff. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, they are always at your table side for what ever you may want. Thank you all for your never-ending joy we experienced. Thanks to Noel too for your humor and laughter.
