This was our second time to Annabelle Paphos, and on return to London, we have already booked to go back next year, and probably the next few years going forward ! Our holiday was made special by the wonderful staff at the hotel, and I'd really love to name them all in this review, but hopefully management will read this, and pass on our sincere and warm Thank you to all the team. There were 3 who stood out for us. First and foremost, Chrystalla, who is the Guest Services manager. You will always find her smiling and welcoming. We had a small issue that we explained to her, and she came up with a wonderful solution for us, that really was going out of her way to help our family. Also in best form every morning, is Adrian at breakfast. It is true that all catering staff, in the kitchen and front of house work exquisitely as a team, but Adrian makes mornings even sunnier than they are already in Paphos. He is dedicated to his work, and makes it fun for himself and guests. He was wonderful with the kids, and made it his personal objective, to make sure we had a most enjoyable breakfast experience. Thank you Adrian, you are a credit to your team. Finally Atarek (hope I spelt his name correctly), who served us at dinner in the Ouranos restaurant. Lovely smile, always telling us that he will make sure that whatever we wanted was going to be delivered, and no order is too complicated. Any way our 3 young kids wanted to change the menu, there was never a "no" coming from any of the chefs or waiters. It was always, yes, and perfectly executed. That was mostly what we felt the Ethos of the hotel is. They seem to have been trained to make sure that whatever the request, they will try and make sure that they will do their best to make it happen, in the best way possible. The food, was perfect in all restaurants, including the buffet breakfast, as well as the buffet dinner we had at Almyra on two occasions. What a pleasure to be able to walk next door to Almyra, and be equally welcomed. The kids food on the menu was also of a very high quality, for example the chicken nuggets, are their own homemade real chicken breast chunks (more like shnitzel pieces) that the kids loved. As well they do all sorts of other wonderful meals for the kids. The menu's at Mediterranean (by the sea) and Ouranos (top floor with wonderful views) are full of fantastic options, and we loved to try something new on every visit. The deserts also delicious, and Tiramisu in the Mediterranean restaurant was truly memorable. I highly recommend going half board, as the restaurants really are fantastic. One dish that stood out was the black cod in Ouranos . The best black cod dish I, and other adults in our party, have ever had ! The location is also perfect, being in the heart of Paphos town, by the sea, with the sounds of waves crashing onto the shores, at night , as we dozed off to sleep. The pools are great, and there are always plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine on. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with both partial sea view and full sea view rooms get sunshine throughout the day on the balconies. It was no wonder that Annabelle was almost at full capacity during April, and it seems that there are many people who have discovered this Cypriot gem ! To the management and all staff, thank you so much for giving us such a memorable experience, and we will see you again soon !

Just home from a fantastic two weeks at the Annabelle. All staff were amazing. Room kept spotless. Nothing is too much trouble, the heated pool is a plus. Breakfast was brilliant the restaurant staff were excellent and the chef was a cheery presence. During our stay it was my sister’s birthday and a lovely cake and personal note was left in our room. A lovely touch and the cake was lovely. We sent our thanks with the chef to say we appreciated the cake. We had a Seaview room and the view over Paphos area was lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel

“A very classy hotel”

Very happy we chose this hotel and it lived up to expectations. We chose a sea view suite with a lovely view of the harbour. The room was well equipped beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Aqua di Palma toiletries were gorgeous. Breakfast was a glorious affair, busy, but well organised. The heated pool was very welcome and the sunbeds comfortable and the service excellent. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant by the ocean. My only gripe was the awful music in the poolside restaurant (poor covers) which completely ruined an otherwise enjoyable lunch. Overall a great hotel and would love to return.
