very beautiful hotel. The staff is very nice and respectful. The rooms are good and very reasonable for the price. The food is not the best, but it is not bad. The staff in the restaurant is very good. Really, the dealings were very nice and respectful. The animation elsewhere is very respectable, the activity is very good, and the performances on stage every day are real. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back again.

“Nice experience”

Very nice hotel and lot of activities, so you never felt boring. The staff were friendly. Room was always cleaned and with nice figures of towels on the bed. Everyday was new bottles of water also in the room. Thank you Monsef!! Also great location and there are lot of shops nearby.

First time visiting Sharm El Sheikh. We booked this hotel with no real expectations. On arrival we were checked in with relative ease and escorted to our room. I had emailed prior stating it was an anniversary but still ended up with 2 twin beds. There was an issue with our safe but that was sorted out very soon. The room was very clean and overlooked the gardens which was lovely The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds available and fresh pool/beach towels everyday. Lovely beach, again plenty of sunbeds and beach bar right there. Very shallow so if you want to snorkel you need to go to the end of the pier(its not that far away) The animation team were great , having yoga, zumba and daily evening shows. My only bad comment around the pool area is that too many reps from either the spa or tours or the sand man would be doing the rounds a few times a day and some would not take no for an answer , no matter how many times you said No Thank You! The main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice and there was something to eat even for the pickiest of eaters. My only comment would be that they have individual serving spoons for salads and the warm dishes (especially the oriental dishes) were labelled . The lovely man who greeted us every lunch/dinner time , giving us a high 5 made our day. You could upgrade to gold for extra premium. We never made use of the al a carte restaurants as these had to be booked on the day at 10am. We were enjoying the pool at this time. With regards to the bar , there were a few occasions where they ran out of beer, whether it was the pool bar, the restaurant or the Atrium bar. Another big issue for us is that there was no diet drinks available (bar person thought mixing full cola with soda makes it diet), so if you are diabetic this is not for you. We arranged a late checkout (again there is an approximate USD50 fee for this) I would go back as it was a lovely break!

1. Location. I really liked the location,because there was a city outside the hotel with small shops. 2. Teritory. It was very clean. Grass was very green( no fake grass imitations). A lot of flowers ant beautiful palms! A LOT OF MOSQUITOS, So be ready for sleepless nights and itching. 3. Sea. It was really cool to see all the colorfull fishes, but almost all corals are grey and dead already.. All the mornings were super windy, so its not possible to snorkel until lunch. 4. Rooms. Rooms was cleaned every day. Towels changed, new water bottles. Thank you so much, Monsef🤍 He was the only one who really cared about our stay here. We were lucky because we got rooms in the main corpus ( pool view) but im so sorry for people who lived in 3nd corpus.. because the view was not very good. 5. Food. I have no comments.. It was a DISASTER. After a few days i wasn’t even able to look at the kitchen. The food was so disguisting with no taste at all. The funniest thing was “ sea food “ and “ italian food” restaurants. I dont get it, because they serve the same food in the main kitchen! Save your time and dont even go there. Sea food restaurant was so horrible,because after that i needed all the medications to stop vomiting and diarrhea. 6. Drinks. All the alcohol was okay, but no wine and champagne, unless you pay more. 7. Animation.I really liked all the activities that they have there. I’m not good with names, but Italian girl and the boys were super friendly and funny🤍 But there was one angry and mean Russian girl, when i said her that we dont understant russian language she shut me up and continue speaking to us in russian 🤣 i was shooked at first( it was not katya) 8. Reception. Dont even get me started there..When you will arrive there, without exception, prepare to wait for your room for about 1 hour at least. And of coure, you will not get room or food if you arive until 2pm. 😁 Always chaos in there, people shouting and the staff working there not even trying to solve any problems. I dont know, mabye they should hire more staff.. And one more thing. Check your air conditioner, because its almost never working, so you sleep is sweat 🤣
