What a fantastic hotel and complex. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your stay. Food and drink are great with a variety of choices. There are activities for the kids and even their own swimming pool. Highly recommended

My partner and I had an amazing week’s stay. We were considering booking a different hotel, but the staff reviews didn’t look great so we opted for the Mitsis as the staff reviews looked better… and they didn’t disappoint! The staff are all so friendly, professional and accommodating! In particular, shoutout to NIKOS who greets you in the buffet restaurant and JOHNNY in the Pan-Asian restaurant - those guys were great! Rooms were immaculate and spacious. There are actually 2 main pools (one has DJ music and the other is more peaceful) which the pictures don’t really convey, so that’s a nice bonus (plus a smaller one for kids with a flume). The tennis court was awesome with an ocean view (probably best to bring your own tennis balls). They also have table tennis and an amazing outdoor gym area with a frame (as well as an indoor gym), which has just been fully equipped with new equipment like weights, benches, ropes, mats etc. They have an arcade with pool tables. Make sure you book your restaurant reservations a couple of weeks before your holiday as these do get booked up. We really enjoyed the Pilates and yoga classes on the grass with Wioleta (although they used to be in a private grassy area but they just moved the classes to the outdoor gym area which isn’t quite as peaceful or private - suggestion to management to host yoga/pilates somewhere more private). The beach is right across the road. The beach is quite rocky but I wore sea shoes so that makes a lot of difference. Thank you so much to all the staff for a beautiful stay. I rarely write reviews, and have never written a long review, but this hotel truly deserves it. Wonderful hotel, spacious, super clean, beautifully designed and caters for all whether you want peace and quiet or music and entertainment. Food was outstanding, especially the a la carte restaurants. The creperie and ice cream parlour were also wonderful, as was the beach bar and champagne and sushi bar. However, the staff are the stars. Every member of staff is helpful, welcoming and has a “can do” attitude. Katerina in the champagne and sushi bar, Dimitri, our waiter by the quiet pool, Grigoris Garefalakis, who always sought us out to recommend wine, the waiter at the creperie who remembered I liked blue cheese in my crepe, the waitress in the taverna/creperie who’d been in hospitality for over 35 years and still obviously loved her job. Finally, Alma, our room maid who found all the contents I’d left in my bedside drawer after we’d checked out, and ensured it was all returned to me. All staff go above and beyond, and that is what makes the hotel incredibly special!

“Amazing outside gym”

Seeing some reviews that complain about the small gym. They actually just opened up amazing outside gym with racks and all kids of weight lifting equipment. So there’s an inside gym with with machines and threadmills and an outside gym as well.
