The hotel has good facilities - 3 pools with nice loungers, fitness room, spa (didn't visit this), nice bar areas, well-maintained garden - but for me it didn't quite have the 5-star feel. Our room was however kept absolutely spotless by the housekeeper. By chance our room was on the ground floor with a really nice terrace and 2 "private" loungers, which were not directly by the pool. This was great as it really gave me the feeling of being secluded although the pool was just a feel feet away when I wanted to cool down. The buffet style food was just so-so, and as other reviews mention was often just lukewarm and the plates were ALWAYS wet. The best night food-wise was the Greek night (Thursday) where we also got the chance to see traditional Greek dancing and even join in - really fun. The other nights there were quizzes etc at the pool bar. The dance/techno music at the bar opposite reception was far too loud and grated on my nerves. We booked all-inclusive and upon arrival found out "all inclusive ultra" would be 12€ extra p.p. per day. We didn't pay for this S it would have added 240€ to what we'd already paid. I don't drink alcohol at all and had to pay for AF beer (affordable at 3.50€) as the only drinks included were water, "fruit drink" (fruit juice from carton cost extra) or the fizzy sugar water out of the gun. This was a bit disappointing considering other all-inclusive guests had the option to drink their bodyweight in local spirits free of charge. The reception staff were very friendly - Thomas was particularly helpful, speaks excellent English, and seemed to have endless patience for our inquiries and for all the other guests we saw him dealing with. The beach area is just a short walk from the hotel and is very nice and kept orderly. On the whole a pleasant stay, I just don't think all-inclusive is really my thing.

Food and room was not up to 5* standard maybe 3 stars! The hotel lobby decor looked dated and quite ugly, very beige! Our room floor was wet when we arrived. Food and room was not up to 5* standard maybe 3 stars! The hotel lobby decor looked dated and quite ugly, very beige! Our room floor was wet when we arrived. Called reception to tell them as it was slippery . They sent the cleaner to come and dry it with a wet mop! She was just spreading the moisture around the room. When she left we realised the water on the floor was coming from the bathroom shower, it seemed like a wet room but the wet floor affected the whole room. After unpacking i used the toilet for the first time and saw that after flushing the toilet there was water coming out of the toilet tank. We soon realised it happened after everytime we flushed the toilet and it also left a bad sewage smell which spread to the entire room. We told reception and there was nothing they could do. The bathroom floods after every shower, we didnt feel clean because we had to walk on the wet and smelly sewage floor after we wash. We werent allowed to flush toilet paper so had to put in the bathroom bin. The hotel grounds was very nice, lovely trees and plants and the pool areas was also very nice and clean. Thats about the only good thing. We paid for all inclusive and wished we hadnt. The food wasn't great, they used the cheapest ingredients possible and very repetitive. Snacks inbetween meal times was almost non existent, they had some stale looking feta cheese rolls and a few bits of stale donuts. Cheap ice cream and cheap soft drinks. The location was nice, 10mins walk from the beach where you can see the sunset which was beautiful. Do not hire a car through the hotel! We paid half the price from the car hire shop about 10mins walk from the hotel.

“Lovely staff”

Lovely hotel but food not great, usually luke warm, most nights even though it is a buffet hotel you were waiting for plates which when we finally got were wet. Staff were great and always there to help and assist. Rooms clean but advertised with mini bar and Bath robes in room but not the case.... more

Lovely hotel but food not great, usually luke warm, most nights even though it is a buffet hotel you were waiting for plates which when we finally got were wet. Staff were great and always there to help and assist. Rooms clean but advertised with mini bar and Bath robes in room but not the case. Tea making facilities in room but no water, had to get from supermarket. If you bad on your feet the beach is too far to walk to. Swimming pools very clean but cement between the tiles starting to crumble away and tiles coming off floor. Not much going on on an evening. Would give a 3.5 rating but if they improved food temperatures and enough crockery then it could be a 4.5 rating
