“A wonderful holiday”

The staff are welcoming and friendly and never stop, they work so hard. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sun loungers. The staff are welcoming and friendly and never stop, they work so hard. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sun loungers. The food is good with plenty of choice. The out door eating over looks the bay and is beautiful. Would highly recommend a sea view over the bay towards the old town. The walk into Ialysos is around 10 mins stroll and there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Everyone around the area is very friendly. We hired quads and a car at extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel. The entertainment on an evening is good holiday entertainment and the cocktails are excellent with plenty of choice. The staff can’t do enough for you. I was sad to leave and plan to return.

“Honestly....keep an open mind ”

We arrived later in the evening, Check in was quick and the reception staff were friendly. They had a area cornered off for late arrivals which had drinks, sandwiches and soup, nice touch. We arrived later in the evening, Check in was quick and the reception staff were friendly. They had a area cornered off for late arrivals which had drinks, sandwiches and soup, nice touch. We were shown to our room and helped with our suitcases. The rooms are clean with a kettle, tea and coffee, the room is a little dated, especially the bathroom, the chrome work has rusted abit, replacing those would make a difference, the plug sockets are 2 pin plugs, you'll need to take adapters. The dining area is typical AI and what you'd expect, I wasn't overly impressed with the food but definitely didn't go hungry, there's something for everyone. The pool area is lovely, sadly there's the get up early, reserve a sunbed and leave the towel for hours before needed brigade, there's plenty of sunbeds but not in the sunshine all day, I get it but slightly frustrating. The evening entertainment is fun, the entertainment guy left half way through our stay as it was the end of season, shame he really was good. The drinks are local and I'm unsure whether they have any alcohol in them. All the staff work incredibly hard and it was appreciated. Thank You. We had a late check flight and asked about staying on in our room, would have cost €120 which I think is steep and being the last week I doubt anyone was going to be using the room, however they had a shower room you can use, just no electric points. I don't want this to be a negative review as overall We had a lovely holiday, and lots go back every year so that says something, You can tell the frequent visitors as there a clique. Please don't be put off by my review after all its only one person's opinion. Its a great hotel for families with young children and a nice resort.

“Great stay would return home”

Well what can I say highly recommend this hotel!! Let’s get the minor negatives out the way first: It’s not a. 4* but the staff make it feel like it is! Well what can I say highly recommend this hotel!! Let’s get the minor negatives out the way first: It’s not a. 4* but the staff make it feel like it is! The only member of staff that was less than welcoming was the towel rep incredibly rude, unnecessarily so. No tea/coffee supplies or refreshments in the room as you would expect of a 4* hotel. Now the positives: Staff staff staff they were all fantastic from the maids, reception, restaurant, bar, life guards etc they are all amazing and make this hotel what it is. They work non stop and always have time for the guests. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and the manager frequently walks round talking with guests and staff ensuring everyone and everything is good. Maria on the snack bar and Christina in the pool bar need special mentions as they never seem to stop for a breath but are always smiling! Also the gentleman in the main restaurant , he runs this so efficiently we never had trouble getting a table even as a group of 7 and there was always plenty of food to choose from (we have a beige eater and he was never hungry!), the themed nights were great. The pool area was lovely and clean we never had any issues with getting sun beds but can imagine in the height of season this would be an issue. The pool itself was lovely but sooo cold which actually wasn’t an enjoyable feeling although it seemed to warm up towards the end of the holiday or we acclimatised!? Animation team were nice the main lead left half way through our stay and the remaining members were not as forthcoming which was a shame but they still worked hard, the evening kids disco was your standard disco songs you get in any resort and then the entertainment was a variety of usual activities ie acrobats, dancers, singers only downside was this only lasts a maximum of an hour then everything stopped would have been nice to have had some later music acts maybe. Location is a 10 min walk to bus stop that takes you into Rhodes town €2.40 each way over 12yrs and runs every 20-30 mins. We hired a car for two days as the island is big enough to drive it in one day so we did our own tours to Lindos and tourist spots, much cheaper than the package excursions plus we found some lovely coves and beaches not over packed with tourists! We’d definite stay again, thank you for making our family holiday enjoyable x Again if you hadn’t guessed the staff make this hotel whatever management or above are doing to have such a good team is working!
