We had a nice time here there were only a few issues we had and I will detail our stay below. Firstly, the outside bar staff were amazing. Very polite, helpful and hospitable. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. I did not catch their names but they took a lovely picture to memory the last day at the resort. The restaurant, although at times repetitive, was delicious and fresh. The meals were self serve and the drinks were ordered by the staff around the restaurant. Not much to complain about the service it was a good experience. The pool was freezing but to be expected. The small kids pool was warm but slippery with no steps in the kids pool. The sunbeds were for everyone and they were comfortable. Umbrellas could be folded down or raised depending on your own preference. We had a sea view room which was amazing, I took some amazing photos of the view and it was magical waking up to the ocean every day. The only issues we had with the rooms, were the maids who, at times, let them selves in without permission when we would be getting dressed. We would have to stand in the balcony so they could make the beds and the room & bathroom were small and it was difficult to have some privacy. A few minor issues with the room itself having had to call maintenance a few times as we arrived to a loose shower hold and some items being loose in the room and bathroom. Was all fixed with a call to receptionist to fetch maintenance. Unfortunately, we were limited on bathrooms as there was a public one available on the ground floor, however, the doors had gaps so anyone standing outside the door, you can see who is in the toilet which was very uncomfortable. The only other toilet was in your room. This part is more of a complaint with on the beach as they did not notify us of this fee, but when we arrived, we were told to pay a “residential fee” which I was not happy about. On the beach did not notify us of this fee and I had already spent just over £2,000 on the holiday. I understand now that Greece has this resident fee for all guests but I was not aware and was not happy to have paid a large portion of my holiday money. Not the hotels fault. As we were an All Inclusive guests, we were shocked that not everything was included. The food and drinks were included but only up to 11pm. Some drinks were not in the all inclusive like Smirnoff ice and some other bottled drinks. Room service was an additional fee and so were the pool towels. We were not allowed to bring our room towels to the pool. Local shops are available but they all see the same things and can be very expensive as it is tourist prices. Unique handcrafted items and accessories! There were a few reps in the resort, Diego was very charming and helpful. I got badly sunburnt and he suggested a cream I should buy as it would help me a lot and it did! As we had a child with us we were not able to party in the night but he would get us involved in other activities. The beach was right outside the hotel, 20 second walk. The old town was very close. You would purchase a bus ticket from any of the local shops and head straight to the town. Beautiful place to be full of rich history and culture. STRAY CATS TOO LOVE!!! The fire show was my favourite! I did not catch his name but he was very cool! In conclusion, we enjoyed our holiday as this was our first time abroad. We would definitely love to go back someday preferably just adults. Thank you to the staff who made us feel welcome.

We’ve just had a lovely week at The BELAIR Beach Hotel, we had an executive room which was very modern and spotlessly clean and plenty of wardrobe space and a very big room. A fabulous view from the glass balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The pool are was also very clean loads of sun beds available all day, the pool was lovely but quite cold to get in but once you have braved it it’s beautiful with the infinity view out to the sea. We didn’t attempt the beach as it was quite windy some days and the beach was very stoney, the hotel itself was lovely and every member of staff we met was friendly especially Ilias in the main bar, the two girls at the pool bar Roby and Sofia and Diego in charge of the entertainment. We visited Rhodes old town which was really nice and definitely worth a visit. Food in the restaurant was typical hotel food plenty of choices some we Liked and some we didn’t however that said you won’t go hungry.

The positives; clean,with good housekeeping service, good seaview, not too far from Rhodes Old Town. Not grea; dangerous sunbeds with couldn't care less attitude to safety due to design fault on beds without arms. Could easily trap fingers and if left set up in a certain position can fall through upper part and cause injury. In my case to the face. I thought I'd broken my jaw. Be careful with children.! Food average at best. Often cold and tasteless cheap and low quality.
