“Very helpful staff.”
Desperate for a Covid test to return home the staff arranged for a pharmacy and a taxicab to allow me to get the test and return home. The rooms are nice with good views of the harbor. The room was spotless and the linen crisp. I had a little problem with the shower but all else was wonderful.

“Nice hotel”
This was a nice hotel but there were a few issues. The air conditioning did not work and the controller is hidden behind the bathroom door. “Sympathy and professionalism”
The hotel is not at Brindisi center (half an hour walk or 15€ taxi), since it is located on the other side of the shore, but it was a nice surprise. It has clean and decent rooms.
