“Wow! A top sheet plus a huge room”
First impressions were not good. The hotel was an easy 350 metre walk from Palermo's imposing railway station after I caught the excellent TrenItalia sleeping car intercity train from Milano Central that uses Europe's sole remaining train ferry. “Excellent”
Recommended We only stayed for one night but highly recommended. Great value The receptionist that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Great value and we'd definitely stay here again. Hope to be back soon

“Used only as a base!”
We stayed at The Centro for 1 week, from 9/6/23 to 16/6/23. The hotel is very close to all the bars + restaurants of the town, and a 5 minute walk to the main line train station. If I could sum it up - not what we were expecting. Arrived late and was hard to find the entrance - we drove. That was a mistake as parking (even late at night) was impossible. Room was small, dated and basic but spotlessly clean, reception was 24/7 and really helpful and location was great. ... more
