“Second time even better than the first”
This was our second visit (first time in 2023). The hotel was immaculate, it smelled amazing, the pools were beautiful, and we had stellar service. “Incredible. Beautiful. Excellent.”
When you have high expectations and they’re exceeded… you have something special. Impeccable service, great food, clean well maintained resort. On top of the usual checkboxes the staff added special touches throughout our stay that just put the experience one we will be back for again and again.

“Cancun 2024”
This hotel is a must go!!!! Very kid friendly. The pool bar is great. Jorge, Manuel, Raul the El Guapo's are muy muy bien. Great customer service skills. They did their thing. Very exciting to cross paths with them all. Try the Jose Cuervo Tradional!!!!!
