“My Happy Place”
Another great week at Hard Rock Vallarta! Our Butlers Geraldo and Uriel took great care of us from start to finish. Breakfast staff Rafa and Luis made us delicious Betibel juice every morning. “Enjoyed the beach and amazing views”
We were part of a large group that attended a sales meeting. Meeting facilities were excellent and everything ran seamless. Was so nice to have coffee and snacks outside the meeting rooms. Meeting rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was above average at the places we ate. I really ... more

“Great pools old rooms”
The pools and staff were all amazing! The building needs some updating. Had a few problems with the room and it took way too long to have them fixed. Never did anyone ever apologize or check to make sure problems where fixed.
