“Great hotel on the beach”
Great hotel ON the beach. It's a smaller "budget" hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. We were ground floor with a pool/ocean view. “Great location”
We stayed here for 7 nights recently and had a great time. The location is fantastic as it is right on the beach and steps away from 5th Avenue. There are lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to use for free as guests of the hotel which we never had a problem getting. We only had a couple of drink... more

“AWESOME LOCATION, AWESOME STAFF”
This is the best location for the total beach immersion experience. Everything you need is either on site or within a half block. Staff is fantastic, been going to Mimi for 10 years and will continue to make this our usual spot.

“Hotel is just ok bar and staff are great”
The hotel is nothing special run down and a bit dirty needs work but the bar and restaurant is amazing the staff are all so friendly and make this place great .
