Returned home today so thought I’d write one about the hotel and maybe a little guide/tips to help you with your stay. Especially after reading some horror scar ones before we left we nearly changed hotel glad we didn’t Hotel is well maintained by the ground staff which leaves its exterior appearance looking fresh even in the heat grass looks tip top as well as the flowers, great for a photo. On the subject of photos the hotel has a fantastic residential photographer (Yasin) the bloke is first class he won’t hound you or force you to have a picture it’s always at request, he will hover round at the events the hotel does and take photos as his job he will capture something magical without you knowing. The hotel was given a fresh coating of paint during the pandemic so it’s clean on the inside to and well looked after for an old building and is clean. Rooms are well looked after by the cleaning team too no problem or complaints, towels replaced daily and room cleaned if it’s needed. WiFi - is not the best most of the group struggled with access I would recommend getting your self an ESIM £25 for an unlimited data sim is what I went with. Use Holafly is so straight forward and if you use code REFFLY5DTO you get a further discount and have uninterrupted data to use for what’s app etc. Reception - staff will go out of their way to help you and very friendly and if there not busy when you pass they will check in with you to see if there’s anything they can help with. Now if someone in your party has a birthday or a special occasion please ask to see the sheet for surprises. There’s loads to choose from to match any budget cake,champagne,flowers,room decorations 600Dirhams (£50) I would recommend getting the cake delivered in the restaurant all the waiters come as a flash mob and sing happy birthday this was an epic moment. Restaurant- now there is only one for the hotel which is in use 3 times a day for meal times. Please do not be put off by this there is an excellent amount and variety to choose from. There is also a pool bar for that’s open 10-18:00 Bar - one main bar and a pool bar again these staff are fabulous all upbeat the only issue here is like most places as you’d expect with all inclusive it feels watered down. We ended up buying a bottle from supermarket across road to use as a top up which appeared to be fine as we only did it two nights. Choice wise there’s one beer on the AI Local wise - On the front to the right up the hill there’s a pharmacy incase you need it with a small mini shop. Also a clothes,bag accessories shop that kind of thing I would choose here first as an outfit and bag was 1000Dirmams cheaper than the hotel shop. To the left on the front is a great fast food place and slightly further a good shop for all those smelly scent bars etc. after all that shopping there’s a great cheap friendly bar called actors serves all the drinks you like incase you miss it, just not bitter. Out the back is the quick way to the beach with some more local shops to the left, this shop might be closer if you didn’t want to tackle alittle bit of a hill Poolside - There was none of this 5am alarm setting to get a good spot, there’s plenty of room and plenty of loungers plus weathers great so everywhere is a good spot. Pools there’s 3 of a little one ankle deep for young ones to paddle in and the other two are about 5ft at the deep end I joked there empty cause it’s cold but for the brave after the initial shock it’s a great way to cool down just don't forget to reapply that loation. Entertainment team - go all out pretty much all day and night so energetic it’s tiring watching them go. There’s always something going on especially if you have young ones. Of an evening Mon-Thu after the mini party in the hotel bar lobby it goes downstairs to the theatre for a show on the stage yet again another energetic performance, Fri-Sun after the mini party it’s down near the pool bar wind permitting then into the sports bar it’s self. Now for the sports fans they will open the sports bar and put the games on if they haven’t already. The tvs are modern in there so you can screen mirror if you need to for a certain game Trips - there’s a trip man that operates from the hotel I would recommend booking with him rather than street vendors. Transport is arranged direct to and from the hotel so you have a guide if needed and you don’t get ripped off he will look after you my recommendation is if you can book multiple trips at the same time for a discount. When out and about don’t be forced to hold snakes/monkeys etc they hound you for money after pictures taken and sometimes get police involved, bartering is expected knock them down and be prepared to walk away they will come around. Overall the hotel would be a 5 star if it did the little extras like dressing gowns and slippers, kettle in rooms and keeping them stocked but don’t really need them. Great hotel, great staff and you’ll have a great time

I recommend 10000000000% It's hard for me to name them because everyone was very friendly and treated us like family, All was good and I will definitely go back there

“Get what you paid for hotel…”

The hotel was nice but some areas could do with a refresh. The reception and lobby look shabby rather than chic. Rooms are very spacious and has all you need but no kettle which is a shame. Food was ok but not always tasty - there are some lovely restaurants outside to eat. Pool area has one heat... more

The hotel was nice but some areas could do with a refresh. The reception and lobby look shabby rather than chic. Rooms are very spacious and has all you need but no kettle which is a shame. Food was ok but not always tasty - there are some lovely restaurants outside to eat. Pool area has one heated pool but small - beach is only 10min walk and has a private area for guests. Booked some trips with hotel guide Fouad - reasonably priced and good selection to choose from. Note - avoid giving your social media details as he ‘likes’ a lot of your pictures which is maybe unprofessional. Overall - hotel is what you pay for.

“Great place good value and friendly vibe.”

Great place and great value. Good food and hotel spotless. Rooms/beds good and cleaned freshened up daily. Well run and very friendly vibe. Two good clay tennis courts and a helpful and friendly coach. Loads to do locally including Souk, Kasbah and plenty of potential excursions.
