Originally booked to go to Spain, however due to the hotel not being open after all at the time we were going, we were booked into the tui blue falesia instead. We loved it. About a 10 min walk through town to the olhos de agua beach & about the same to the hotel beach (down a very long flight of steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems). The hotel itself was lovely & clean with indoor & outdoor pools, spa, hairdressers, gym, & small gift shop. The staff were friendly & helpful. The food was good with plenty of choice for breakfast & evening meal including gluten free & vegan choices. The bar was relaxed & there was enertainment each night. The tui reps (especially Georgie) were also lovely & helpful & recommend a great sunset safari trip to the mountains, which we both throughly enjoyed. The final touch, it was my birthday whilst we were there & when we came back to our room that eveing there was a bottle of cava & a lovely note from all the staff. Thank you to all for making it an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back xx

“Quiet week”

Arrived late in the evening and given a much welcome meal The room is a good size but there are poor toiletries in the room just the body wash The tea tray in the room was also told on arrival that the small amount of tea and coffee was it for the week..... really Easy fix was to help yourself at breakfast Evening meals ok but no tap water available despite it being available at breakfast.mist if the meals were barely warm. Also the dress code was not reinforced . Used the spa but again no water available at sauna and steam room .surely this is a basic requirement. Evening entertainment was ok but the seating in the bar area was very worn and uncomfortable 😣 No information in room or in reception about surrounding area But easy to use local buses. Over all ok but not in rush to come back

very mixed emotions regarding our eight night stay at this hotel. we arrived late at night & we’re warmly greeted. we were supplied with all the relevant information, checked in smoothly & was very quickly escorted to “the restaurant” for dinner buffet as this was closing shortly. the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. the rooms are immaculate, and cleaned to a very high standard. the beds are super comfy, and huge. the aircon (for us) is not cold enough, and we have struggled to sleep on a couple of occasions, but again that can be personal preference. the food is amazing, very flavourful but i would say it’s more based around fish than meat, which is perfect for us. some of the food - wow, never tasted like it. we went half board, and more than enough selection. there is options for HB customers to buy at lunch from the pool bar, however this did not take our fancy as did not look the same quality as lunch & breakfast. our honest opinion, there is not enough entertainment, however it must be said that we are a 26 year old couple. we are not a party couple, but do like background music, however we found this lacked around the pool during the times we were here. it was very quiet, and at times a little uncomfortable when having conversations. we have found that this hotel is more targeted for the couples who are 50+, and have struggled to remain inside the hotel during the day, and after dinner service. i would say if you are considering booking this hotel, be sure to do the research to ensure that there are places nearby that you would enjoy, and take some of the comments with a pinch of salt.
