“Great hotel”

We loved our two week stay at this hotel. Our room was facing the ocean so we left the sliding glass door open all night and therefore, didn't need to use the room's air conditioner. Outside presentation poor, it would be being battered by weathering and sea. Room acceptable, needs lick of paint, toilet flush working but broken a bit, mirror and other small bits need renovating. Guests at Hotel Tamargueira say: We loved our two week stay at this hotel. Our room was facing the ocean so we left the sliding glass door open all night and therefore, didn't need to use the room's air conditioner. We heard the ocean as we fell asleep and heard it again on rising. When we took showers, we could look out the bathroom window and see the ocean, couldn't have had a better view! Our room was always clean and we were given fresh towels daily without having to ask for them. We always got a good night's sleep as we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or any noise in hallway. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in giving us directions to places we wanted to go. The wi-fi is only available in the main lobby which was fine as the lobby has many comfortable chairs and sofas. The only negative thing about this hotel is that the place needs a little updating and a good paint job and some of the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced as they are old looking and room's furniture could be updated as well. But all in all we had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many choices to choose from.

All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
