Arrived at 12 am to be told our room was ready and we had been upgraded to premium room. Room was very spacious with 2 double beds pushed together which were very comfy. Pool area was lovely but could have downs with more sun loungers and umbrellas as if you got there after the rush you weren’t getting either. The slip to go to the deck was slippery so was quite dangerous when feet were wet also the rail going into the pool was loose. All staff are hotel were very helpful and friendly and the cost of food and alcohol was good. Restaurant could have done with a better range of hot food in the evenings as it was limited but there was plenty of salads and rice available and the stir fry was absolutely amazing big shout out to the guy making the stir fry’s very friendly and talented. Hotel was in a great location near Benalmádena harbour and a bus stop outside, train station was a 15 min walk but very easy to access. There is a market just behind the train station on a Friday morning well worth a look as prices alot cheaper than the shops. Pool towels available with a deposit which you have on leaving and safety deposit box free. Entertainment in the evening wasn’t for us but a lot of the older generation seemed to enjoy it but we ventured out most nights anyway. Had a cake and bottle of wine delivery to the room as they realised it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture

“Relaxing Stay”

Just returned home from a week Half Board at Best Siroco. I went with my husband celebrating his 50th Birthday. We enjoyed our stay & we also received complimentary bottle of champagne & birthday cake for my husbands birthday which was lovely touch & very much appreciated. Good Points Location is excellent. Near all bars restaurants shops & the Marina which has many lovely restaurants with beautiful views of the marina. Good sized bedroom. Bath & shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. Food - breakfast & dinner was excellent. Always plenty of choice. Hairdressers, Jeweller's & Shop at Swimming Pool onsite Staff all very polite & helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Good sized bed & very comfortable. We had double bed but was more like a king-sized bed. Bad Points More English channels are needed on tv in bedrooms. Only 2 news channels are available. (My husband was unfortunately sick on holiday & had to spend some time in our room) Bigger Bin needed in room. Only small bin in the bathroom provided. Bath Towels provided aren't great have definitely seen better days. Hotel definitely could do with replacing & getting new towels. Bedroom view wasn't great looking out to the back of hotel to carpark. We were told we need to pay extra for better view. Lampshades either side of beds need replaced. Lampshades have dirty marks on them & are very dirty. Bigger fridge needed in bedroom. Fridge is very small. Not alot of room. Pool Area Bar - Better food menu needed. Drinks aren't great better selection of alcohol needed. (No ciders or Smirnoff Ice)!! I think if the hotel was able to change these small points we wouldn't hesitate in returning to this hotel if we were back in Belaminda.Food & location is excellent.

Nice hotel, the gardens were lovely, food was good with enough choice .. Beds were comfortable, had no drawers in the room to put clothes though only the wardrobe and could of done with a bigger bin in the room. Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned daily . Good location thou if you had difficulty walking the steps to the promenade were alot and the hotel was on a busy main road.. Resort had a lot to do, plenty of places to eat etc ...you do get pestered alot thou with street sellers even when you eating in the restaurants they come round the tables !.

“Disappointing”

No way is this a 4 star hotel. Only 1 receptionist on the desk so long queues. If they are dealing with you and the phone rings….off they go to answer it. No way is this a 4 star hotel. Only 1 receptionist on the desk so long queues. If they are dealing with you and the phone rings….off they go to answer it. You’re given a card with meal times and the Wi-Fi code. When we went to dinner in the evening we left the card in the room as nobody told us we needed to take it with us. Despite having our room number on a list we were sent back to our room on the far side of the hotel like naughty children to get this piece of paper! We complained to the restaurant manager who was rude and just put his hand up and said “finished” and walked off. They only do bottles of wine and not by the glass so if you want a glass you have to go to the bar upstairs and bring one down….perish the thought you would like a second glass as you would have to go back upstairs. There were really long queues for stir fry’s and hand cooked food so if your partner wanted a different meal you either ended up eating tepid food or eating separately. Most of the food was not marked what it was so you had to guess. On the plus side the room was nice and the grounds lovely although there were no coffee making facilities in the rooms either….so not sure why this is not a 3 star.
