First time in Gran Canaria, at this beautiful hotel. The staff was so great, very friendly service! Very clean, all the places. Super delicious and beautyful food, all day long. The swimming pool, the sundeck and the views, wow😍 We definitely come back!

Having read some of the recent reviews, honestly we were a little unsure what to expect BUT we were so happy with our experience! The staff were amazing. They made such a fuss of our little man which was lovely. Very accommodating with things for him too. The food was plentiful, beer and cocktails on tap quite literally. Our room, well I’d recommend requesting one in that location - floor one right by the pool. Fantastic! And the room service was brilliant too! One thing… buy decent flip flops or ‘sliders’ because I nearly took a tumble several times by the pool filling up our glasses as it is rather slippy. A great recommendation I read on here is to pack an extension cable because of the lack of plug points. We did and it was appreciated. We would go back, probably when our little man is older though. The shuttle bus to Mogan is a great addition, free and on time! Amazing. Also a lovely walk to the beach 🏖️ pleasant surprise to have another Princess hotel bar down there where your all inclusive band is valid!

We enjoyed a week stay at the Mogan Princess Beach Club from 14th-21st March. It was our first holiday away without the kids, and it was bliss!! Our bedroom was great with a view of the pool and the sea. Our bed was huge, comfortable, and very clean. We asked for an extra pillow, and this was provided the same day. There was a lack of electric charging points in the room, but we used the one in the bathroom, which worked fine. We ensured we were showered and changed every evening by about 6.45pm so that we could sit by the Sunset bar and watch the most incredible sunset with a G&T. We opted for the later dinner sitting from 7.30 pm onwards. This really suited us as we went from dinner into the evening entertainment hall. Food at the Mogan Princess did not disappoint. There was ample fresh fruit, cereals, and cooked food for breakfast. Lunch had a variety of options, including hot and cold food. Dinner was also great. Our favourite options were the salad bar, cheese selection, fresh fruit, and various different cuisines from different countries. We drank red wine, which was good. We considered upgrading to the Premier drinks package at €17 per day, but we decided not to because we were happy with the quality of the red wine, lager, and gin. The main pool is heated and a good size - it never felt crowded. I joined in with the Aqua fit and Aqua cycling, which was great fun. The guy who did the activities was brilliant. He made an announcement but didn't pressure anyone to join in. This hotel has a policy not to reserve sunbeds before 10 am, and everyone generally adheres to this rule. We found 2 sunbeds next to each other every day with no difficulty. There is an infinity pool (over 18 only). We only used this pool once as it was unheated and further away from the bar! There weren't many children in the main pool, but we did stay at the hotel off-season. We were amazed by the number of different nationalities of guests. There were British, Irish, French,Dutch, German, Danish, Norwegian, Spanish, and Polish guests. We believe this is affirmation of the quality of this hotel. We encountered no issues or problems during our stay. My husband and I are in our 40s and fit and healthy. This hotel is on a very steep hill and, therefore, is split over several levels. There are lifts available, but we chose to take the stairs mainly. It caused us no issues at all. In fact, the height of the hotel meant the view of the Atlantic was even better. There was 1 broken lift (between the entertainment hall and restaurant), but we think disabled guests were permitted to use staff lifts. The entertainment was good. There was an excellent flamenco dancing act on our final evening that we loved. There was a magic show, which was pretty good, too. Bingo was a bit dodgy - it doesn't seem to be understood by all nationalities as there were a number of false claims, but this was pretty funny to us This hotel is spotless everywhere - including around the pool and communal areas. There are a few areas of the hotel that are a little tired and dated, but this did not detract from our wonderful holiday. Thoroughly recommended!!
