Our room was Floor 6, an amazing view! You could see the sea and the town from all of the rooms, which I thought was great! Entertainment on every night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and there was room cleaning service everyday. Lots of hotel facilities including an arcade and a massive pool area. Huge outdoor area with mini golf, a bar with snacks (served till 5pm), and lots of sunbeds. The hotel overall gets 5 stars from us! We will be back again for sure!

“Lovely stay but room for improvements”

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel. Had been a bit concerned about going after reading previous reviews but was glad I went. The lobby of the hotel is quite impressive with all its greenery and the hotel is very large. Check in was quick and as we arrived after the restaurant had closed was informed that we could get a cold snack from the restaurant at 11.00pm. The room we were allocated was on the top floor. This was alright as they have three lifts. The room was large with two single beds pushed together. Table and two armchairs. Dressing table that housed the fridge and built in wardrobes. Only one socket next to bed to charge phones ect, so needed to take turns charging. There was a kettle and tray of teabags and milk. This as we gound out during the week was not replenish by housekeeping, so we took what we needed from restaurant at breakfast. I had a small bottled i filled with fresh milk daily and kept in fridge. The room itsrlf was clean but tired and need some attention.Peach wallpaper, green carpets and curtains,nothing matching. There is aircon which can be adjusted to your liking. On the balcony was table two chairs and clothes dryer. Bathroom was very large,with low sided bath which made it easy to get in and out shower. Always had lots of hot water. Shampoo and shower gel are in pump dispensers on the wall. Hand wash by the sinks. There was a hairdryer but not really powerful. I managed also an electric sock to use with razor. The hotel advertised two restaurants. There was one permanently closed but the other coped well with the amount of people there and we never had to wait for a table. The food was what you expect from all inclusive. We managed to get a good meal breakfast,lunch and dinner. All was self service with station for wine,beer and soft drinks. They also encourage you to bring your own water bottles to refill. There were a few snacks outside meal times but mainly cake,fruit,icecreams and a few sandwiches. There are two large pools and a jacuzzi. Only one of the pools was heated. The other very cold. The jacuzzi was freezing and no one ever used it which was a shame as lovely and big and no children allowed. There was always a large amount of unused sunbeds so no need to rush down in a morning to save a spot. We went out for a walk most mornings and still got one when we returned.There is a bus that takes you to the beach three times a day. We then walked back to the hotel. Takes about 20 minutes. The pool bar open 10.00 till 6.00 and is the only place during the day to get drinks. No where in the hotel opens up till 6.00,which we felt needed addressing as one day we had rain and needed to sit inside but had to walk to pool to get a drink. The hotel advises a Spa and from the promotional pictures looks lovely. All inclusive patrons get one free visit a day. Great I thought until I went. This is the only really negative thing i can say about the hotel. The spa needs demolitioning. Under English health and safety it would have been shut down. There is no anti slip mats anywhere and floors slippery with cracked tiles. I fell and hurt my shoulder. The Thrassio pool only had a couple of stations working. There was a thermal bath the ladder into it was loose and wobbled. The spa pool had hundreds of tiles missing and it was only when I came out to change that I realised I'd cut my foot. The jazzcui was permanently broken. There was a sauna with the wooden benches so worn snd rotting that I came out with wood rements stuck to my skin. The heat rooms were just dirty. The gym is located within the Spa but only has a few pieces of equipment and some free weights. I hate being negative but had to be honest. There are two evening bars. The piano bar has a live artist most evening from 6.30 which was good if you like live music. Around this area are a few shops but really could do with one of them being a mini Market so you don't have to do the 10 minutes walk to the Spar shop if you needs snack or the like especially if you have children with you. The main room opens at 8.00 with mini disco followed by evening entertainment. This was not our sort of entertainment but they can't please everyone. Purchasing of drinks was easy. Never had to queue. Cocktails pre made. Staff within the whole place we found friendly and helpful. I would return again. This hotel has the potential to be so much better if investment was put into Updating and modernising. It could easily be 5*.
