We were a little worried following the reviews, but we shouldn't have been. The staff were friendly from our time of arrival to leaving. Rooms were dated but clean with what is required if you are self-catering. The pool area was also very clean. We alternated between the pool and the beach. It was 10.50 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. This hotel is in an excellent position, just a short stroll to the beach and the many restaurants/bars. We can't comment on hotel entertainment as we ate out each evening, so we were not around to see anything that may have been on. Honestly, this hotel was a pleasant surprise after reading previous reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our break at the Lanzaratte Palm.

“Great holiday ”

Family of nine aged from 8 to 66 just returned. We were concerned about some of the reviews but decided we'd go there with mindset to have a good time whatever Easy check- in etc, found the 3 apartments more than adequate, food was not brilliant but we found it OK the kids loved it, the pool bar A/I was very good and we thought the pool though cold at first was great, we virtually had to ourselves cold water swimming is all the rage in our neck of the woods in Cumbria. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff, all lovely and friendly people, including the manager and we would all definitely return

“Excellent value for money!!!”

We didn’t have all inclusive because we don’t drink or eat that much, and San Miguel is disgusting. The room we had 133 on ground floor was excellent with fridge, microwave, hob, toaster etc. The TV sadly was rubbish but we don’t come on holiday for that. The food was good- remember if you want high end menus then go to Aqua Suites up the road. Staff were great, especially on reception and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and easy going. Room was cleaned every other day which was adequate and done to a good standard. Would I come here again- absolutely yes - don’t forget that we flew 2000 miles, with free transfers etc. So if you come here don’t expect a 5 star experience- that would cost you 3 times the amount!!!!

“Another nice stay.”

Visited 12 night in March '24. Located 10 minuit walk downhill to the strip. Arrived in the afternoon. As usual checked in by a very nice receptionist. There was fresh fruit flavoured water on offer. Our apartment wasnt quite ready given band for AI and went for lunch while we waited. You need 1 euro each for your echo cup at the pool bar. You exchange your cup for next drink and refunded at end of holiday. We knew this already, a great system means no mess around pool. Usual AI drinks, served by staff. Named pepsi, sprite, fanta. And hot drinks at bar. No self service. The restaurant has 3 sittings which works well. You choose which sittings you prefer at check in but can change if you want. If you go at the specified sitting times food has been replenished and hot. Usual all inclusive, always found something to eat and enjoyed it, although not a huge selection but ample. Self service hot drinks, beer and wine. There was burgers/hotdogs/ fruit / cold meats/ cheese available late afternoon in restaurant. Pool area clean as no cups lying around, pool cold but they mostly are in Lanzarote, the sunloungers should be numbered and scrubbed maybe 10 a morning on a rotational basis to stop the brown suncream feet marks on the beds, it could easily be done early morning when the pool area is hosed down. Apartment great for what we paid, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice compartment. Safe at a charge. Some english TV channels.Use the rainshower option to shower and you wont flood your floor! lovely sea and mountain view third floor. Housekeeping good. Our only gripe is after lunch and dinner the hot drinks machines were unavailable to use in the restaurant for a tea or coffee, and we had to go to pool bar and waite in a queue. It was inconvenient and also put more pressure on the bar staff when it didnt need to. A couple of noisy rowdy families made around the pool bar very intimidating at times, but was sorted out quickly by the boss lady! She doesnt put up with any nonsense! Thank you! All staff hard worked but always friendly, the Boss lady i think shes the manager, always friendly and speaks to you, reception, pool bar, restaurant, life guards, housekeeping and the maintenance who fixed our door, all so friendly and nice, , it made another holiday at Lanzarote Palm so nice. Thank you all. We will be back again.
