Lovely clean hotel. Corridors good do with a bit of a tidy up but room are clean and spacious, plenty of space for two people. Lovely clean hotel. Corridors good do with a bit of a tidy up but room are clean and spacious, plenty of space for two people. Pool area kept clean and tidy with bar staff collecting glasses throughout the day. Restaurant is lovely, altho food is just the usual all inclusive that you'd expect. Lovely touch of being asked if you would like wine or beer when you sit down, usually this is out of a machine in other places. Staff are extremely polite and happy to help. Indoor spa an extra bonus if there is a rainy day which we did have. A good 10/15 min walk to main alcudia port and 25 min to the old town. Only one staff member for entertainment but he is lovely. Kristian I think his name was. Would return for def Highly recommended

“Lovely hotel, very clean and lovely location”

I stayed here last week with my mum, sister, my two daughters and a friend for 2 of our birthdays . Overall we loved the hotel for it's location, cleanliness and (most of) the staff. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun loungers, well kept and lots of tables and chairs around the pool bar area.... more

I stayed here last week with my mum, sister, my two daughters and a friend for 2 of our birthdays . Overall we loved the hotel for it's location, cleanliness and (most of) the staff. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun loungers, well kept and lots of tables and chairs around the pool bar area. Christian was excellent keeping everyone entertained. He is lovely and polite, friendly and not at all pushy if you don't feel like joining in with the activities. His water zumba was great fun and despite the pool being cold due to the time of year there were lots of us in the water joining in. Four more of the staff really stood out for being particularly friendly and efficient (Alba, Tomas, Arelys and Ismael). They are all an asset to this hotel. The hotel grounds and public areas are clean and well kept as are the rooms. They were a great size and the rain shower was lovely. There are also lovely big bottles of hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There's not masses of wardrobe space though but that's not an issue for us as we are happy to live partly out of a suitcase and just hang a couple of dresses. The rooms have a mini fridge, kettle and tea and coffee. Iron and ironing board is available on request. The beds were really comfortable. Now here is where they lost a point from me and got 4 stars not 5.... The hotel doesn't cater very well for vegans. If you are vegan I strongly suggest you contact the hotel in advance to let them know and ask them what vegan food they have or ask them to make sure they can cater for you. I wish I had done that then they may have been able to help cater for her, my daughter really struggled to eat and I felt terribly guilty. Most of the staff were great and sympathetic but they couldn't do anything about it, maybe if I'd let them know in advance they could have? We ate out a few nights just so she could have a decent meal. Would I go back here? Absolutely yes!
