Was a bit disappointed when first arrived as didn't look like brochure pics. Turns out the hotel is split in two parts, so that's why some of the pics didn't look like where I was staying. Was a bit disappointed when first arrived as didn't look like brochure pics. Turns out the hotel is split in two parts, so that's why some of the pics didn't look like where I was staying. But at least I have a sea view. The location is great exactly where I wanted. I didn't come to this hotel for the food as I'm a bit of a foodie and like to eat in the lovely restaurants near by. But if you like the buffet self service all inclusive stuff you'll be fine here. If you do come in April/Early May don't forget a warm waterproof coat.

Stayed at this hotel in Early April for 4 nights having booked via Easijet , The transfer from airport is about an hour and hotel is on the outskirts of Cala D'Or and a 5 minute walk to the beach . Hotel is split into 2 parts across a street with dining in one part and swimming pool/ snack bar in the other part . Prior to coming I emailed hotel and asked for a nice quiet room preferably above ground floor . When we checked in we were allocated a room on the ground floor directly opposite the main swimming pool . It was very noisy , room was very run down with marks on the furniture , bin in the bathroom collapsed when we tried to is it and the soap dispensers in both toilet and shower area did not work . On the second day we reported ants in the bathroom , but nothing was done about it . Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis - just merely make up beds and change of towels .On the plus side the beds were comfy We went all inclusive , food was limited in choice and in my opinion poor quality for a three star hotel , Large queues built up at the grill area and you have to be careful and check the cooking , on the first day I was served fish that wasn't cooked properly .The white wine is passable and the red totally undrinkable . As a result we eat out on three occasions Didn't really engage with the Animation team who did seem to be popular particularly with families , evening entertainment wasn't very good , we had bingo , quiz night and Karaoke on three of the four nights Just a word of advice , if you check in before 12,00, your All inclusive ends at 11.00 am on the last day irrespective of your flight home Also you can use the facilities of the sister hotel down the road ( apart from dining ) which we found out on the day of departure and was not communicated when we checked in There is free wi-fi throughout the hotel but does have a tendency to drop out For me personally it was good to get a break for a short period to escape the rain in UK but probably won't return due to quality of room and food
