Location - about 50 minutes from Palma airport. Spa shop next door, restaurants and other shops across the road. About a 5 minute walk to the beach which is in a cove. Absolutely beautiful. Steps down to the beach but also a ramp. A few places t eat at the beach too. About a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main square where more restaurants and bars are. We stayed for 5 nights, we had Tapas, Paella, Steak night, Mexican from the main square and the food was fabulous. Really happy with the quality and price. To the main square there was a few inclines to walk up and steps. A lot of shops to look in on the way. Great location of the hotel. Really pleased with our choice to stay here. Marina is about 15 minute walk with plenty of choices of restaurant and bars. We ate at Aquarius on the last night and the food was cooked perfectly and the service was to a high standard along with the amazing view. Again walking to the marina there was some inclines to walk up. Rooms - we had an apartment facing the pool, great size room and balcony. Shower had good pressure, keep the hair dryer on low heat to stop it from over heating and turning off until it cooled down. Comfortable beds. Cleaned every 2 days. Safe was €20 but €5 back on check out. Lift and stairs available. Breakfast, food and drinks - good selection of fruit, meat, bread, cereals and pastries in a morning. Pancakes and sauce available too. Hot breakfast available from the buffet everyday but we generally stayed with the fruit and pastries. Drinks and snacks throughout the day, very reasonably priced. €2 for a soft drink. From pizza to the salad, the portions were a good size and all really nice. Staff - staff very happy and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and “Hola” every time we went for breakfast or the bar. Recommendations for local cuisine were spot on and staff more than happy to point us in the right direction. Over all for a 3 star hotel we were extremely impressed with the hotel, location and what it had to offer. The pool was large, plenty of sun beds.. although people did put towels out really early in the morning to grab the sun beds that were in the sun all day but plenty of others to choose from. Some noise from the corridors at night time but we were all young once! We all had a fantastic time away, very chilled, good food, perfect place for what we needed. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great week. All 6 of us had a fabulous time.

“Terrible first impression, but it was redeemed on second day.”

Our first day in the apartment was awful. We were put in a dark ground floor room with absolutely no view. We didn't have toilet rolls, cutlery, bins, shower curtain, the sink was leaking, the list went on ..However, after complaining, several times, we got a room change to the 1st floor, a lot b... more

Our first day in the apartment was awful. We were put in a dark ground floor room with absolutely no view. We didn't have toilet rolls, cutlery, bins, shower curtain, the sink was leaking, the list went on ..However, after complaining, several times, we got a room change to the 1st floor, a lot better. The complex was very clean, if not a bit old fashioned, but the staff were helpful and pleasant. Very long wait each time we went to reception. I don't think I would stay here again.

Hmmmm. We got this as a very cheap last minute deal. We arrived at midnight and was given a ground floor, right at the pool, self catering apartment. 113. We had no balcony obviously, just a few meters of ‘garden’ always shaded by a huge bamboo bush. The apartment was dated with a fridge, old bashed up kitchen, a single bed with pull out bed mattress underneath, a round kitchen table with 4 plastic chairs and a sideboard with a tv above it on the wall. The bedroom had a double bed with very little storage and the there was the bathroom with separate shower. First problem was ants, I squished the ones I could see, maybe 20 and blocked the holes they were coming in with wet wipes and we went to bed. The double bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. I woke in the night thinking my hip bones were bruised because it was so hard. The bed had 2 sheets and there were blankets you could use too. We reported the ants to reception the next morning and they came and sprayed stuff on the floors which worked and we had no more problems with them. The tv didnt work as it only got the radio, we reported that when we went out for dinner and when we came back it was sorted. I had a problem one night getting hot water in the shower but I think it was because everyone was having a shower at the same time. They don’t seem to have a scald regulator and the temperature fluctuated quite a lot so beware with young kids. The pool area was never too busy with it being early in the season so we were able to get a sun lounger no problems. The pool isn’t heated and is salt water so wasn’t very busy and is 9ft deep at one end so watch the kids, there is a lifeguard there all the time though. There’s a pool bar which does snacks which were amazing… it shut at 5pm though which I thought was a bit early. There is a safe in the bedroom but I believe you have to pay for that at reception. There is a private car park but I believe that is €9 a day. We were able to park on the street but I bet in high season the car park would be a better bet. The area around the apartments was brilliant. 5 mins walk to the restaurants and the beach. You could hear music until about midnight but it wasn’t too loud. I think all the rooms have been recently refreshed as there wasn’t a single mark on the walls. And although we were only there mon to Friday they came in twice and emptied bins and we had our bedding changed once. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Not having a sofa was the biggest problem. At night when we got in and wanted to watch some stuff on our pads my husband and son sat on his single bed and I just sat at the kitchen table. Mallorca was amazing though, if we came back I think we would pay extra for a top floor apartment with a balcony.

“Not great.”

It was pretty shabby to be honest. Very dated and old-fashioned. Shuttered windows so the only way to let light in is to leave the apartment open to the street. Pool area was OK. Didn't have much to do with the staff apart from check in and checking out. Breakfast is very basic.
