We have just returned from "HIPOTELS Cala Millor Park hotel" Majorca after having such an amazing holiday for our Wedding Anniversary. Before our visit to the hotel Jet2 offered us a free of charge hotel to change another hotel due to front of the hotel some ground work noise and the dust but we decided not to change the hotel in our stay luckily we haven't got any bad experience regarding that issue. Our long and tiring journey from the UK we had a very warm welcome by the reception team because of that we didn't feel any tiredness at all. I don’t know where to begin with this review. From start to finish our holiday has been one of the most incredible and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. Staff were absolutely fantastic, well trained, happy and friendly, big credited to the hotel. A brilliant seven days in a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Every member of the staff are really great, lots smiles and looking after each and every guests all the time. Animation team are excellent and the evening entertainments were wonderful and plenty to do in the daytime too, with a weekly activity programme are published and Adult programmes are cater for every ones cup of tea. We were so impressed with the restaurant and the buffet which we had so much choices & premium options. Our room were overlooked sea view & was very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at " HIPOTELS Cala Millor Park hotel" Majorca and hotel made a great location for exploring most of the Island. We recommend to anyone to " HIPOTELS Cala Millor Park hotel" Majorca therefore we will definitely be back soon.

Update! I just wrote a strong overall very positive review about hippo hotels, Cala Milor Park hotel with only one issue which was the wine. I was so impressed that within 24 hours and just after writing my previous review (which has yet to be published by the way) on trip advisor, I recieved an email from Joan after relaying my issue to management, Joan has already written to me to say that the hotel chains are already making changes to the wine list. I am beyond impressed with this fast acting responsiveness and I am very much looking forward to tasting the changes in the wine list next week. Thank you so much for trying Joan and to the fast acting Hippohotels upper management for such prompt action!. This is a truly impressive response! See you next week! Patrick

Firstly, I loved the hotel and overall I would highly recommend it. Especially if you dont drink wine and like a berer or the excellent selection of cocktails. Location is fabulous, great golf courses in the area I was surprised at the standard. We absolutely loved son Servia golf club. All courses are in a great location. This hotel is close to the beach and lots of shops. On arrival you will be greeted by a very helpful and friendly team at reception and they will give you this excellent service throughout your stay. They are a glimpse of the remainder of lovely staff you meet. The management are obviously good at creating a good work environment as it shows in all of the helpful and friendly staff at the reception, the bar staff and the restaurant. I think this is the hotels greatest asset. I loved the staff, the front desk, bar staff and restaurant staff and manager were excellent, helpful, friendly and approachable. Ulises in particular at Cala milor park hotel was so helpful and looked after any minor issues and did his best to come up with a solution for the house wine. I think he would be fantastic in a role of upper management for his ability to problem solve and his professionalism. He handles everything with a smile and a solution. I am 1 of many professional golfers bringing groups to majorca, I'm bringing 70 guests to mallorca this year and hopefully many more to come. Now sorry for the upcoming beverage rant but for someone bringing large groups it is very important for the group leader to present a very very good overall product and Cala mila definitely delivers on all but one major area in my personal opinion. As a comparison and sorry to have to compare but it will highlight my point, I have used 4* Iberostar up to now which are also fantastic. The management at Hipohotels will probably find my next paragraph strange but I have done 30 trips for my golfers now mostly at Iberostar resort. I have only one issue which if not solved will absolutely be the deciding factor as to whether I ever use Hippohotels for my groups for future years to come. My experience and feedback from my guests were that the house wine in the restaurant was by far the worst house wine we have ever had anywhere in spain. Even to pay €18 extra for a Crianza (marque de Caceras)on our all inclussive was a not what I would pride presenting my guests with! My guests had no rioja reserva on offer even as at an extra paid for reduced alternative. To compare, the 4* iberostar in Cadiz was sold at a lower price point and the range and quality of wines were far better. The house wines there were acceptable with many guests choosing to drink both the white and the red. For €12 extra we could get a nice bottle of Murua reserva or similar quality. I have another group coming next week to the same hotel, the Cala milor park who have been to the Iberostar with me on a few occasions. I was embarrassed to have to present my group with the poor quality house wine and expensive relatively weak reduced prices off the inclussive, I am not looking forward to dealing with reactions again next week! Can I just say that this paragraph is just a reflection of the feedback my guests also Gave me. Getting water on the resort is tricky, to compare again, the iberostar has water stations everywhere. I was thirsty at 5.30 a.m. and had to go 200 meters out of the hotel to get a soft drink from a petrol station up the road. Ok so hands up this was poor planning on my part but still! There should be water jugs on the table at dinner instead of having to waist waiting staffs time going back 30 meters to fill a small wine glass with water. I understand we might have a mix of all inclussive and paying guests but this would seem to me to create extra stress on waiting staff filling up small wine glass of water every few minutes. I think the whole beverage situation in the restaurant needs to be tweaked. Believe me when I say, I never complain and I am a very positive person who believes in solutions and not problems. The rooms are fantastic, bigger than iberostar, I was happy with the food, the staff are second to none. Very very polite, helpful and courteous. We did not get picnic boxes at iberostar or any hotels I have brought guests to. This was a lovely touch here at the Park hotel and our restaurant manager had this ready and waiting for us in a very efficient manager. We all praise Ulises for the fantastic job he and his staff did for us. He was excellent. The front desk staff were fantastic to deal with. So helpful and friendly. A flawless team! Over all I would say that if you fixed the beverage situation I would give a 10 out of 10 and I would be happy to bring groups to this excellent hotel in an excellent location with lovely rooms, brilliant and friendly staff, good entertainment and food but you have only lost my future business because of a short cut on the beverage side of things. The restaurant manager saved the day. Otherwise thank you to all of the amazing staff at hippo hotel, cala milor, park hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Just returned from 5 night stay at the hotel. We had a junior suite with balcony and sea view. Room was large, spotless, v comfortable bed. The mini bar was like a proper fridge and good to store water etc. View from balcony was great We were half board, buffet was good and plentiful and you could swap dinner for lunch if needed which we did one day. Entertainment every night, mostly OK. Did enjoy the 70/80s music night. Drinks at bar v good and not too expensive- 2 g/t (good measures !) and a pint for 20e. Lovely walks in area, plenty of shops nearby and bike rentals. The main outdoor pool was quite cold 🥶 for me which was a pity as I would have liked to swim more. All in all we would return and had a v relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Staff were v friendly and helpful.
