Lovely clean hotel, lovely location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, fresh and great variety. Evening meal was luke warm and the variety was lacking, particularly for vegetarians. The salad bar was great but obviously no one wants salad every evening so we did find ourselves eating out. The pool area could do with some maintenance i.e loose cracked tiles but asides that it’s beautiful. We were surprised at the amount of loud hen parties/big groups given the hotel offers a spa ambience which could put off more elderly guests. All in all we enjoyed our holiday.

“Shame about hen partys”

Hotel is lovely it's clean breakfast was good plenty to choose from.staff where not very nice only Angelo in the bar downstairs very good location. But the down side is they let big groups stay which am not a fan of it was like being on an 18/30 so glad we where leaving as they piled in the pool ... more

Hotel is lovely it's clean breakfast was good plenty to choose from.staff where not very nice only Angelo in the bar downstairs very good location. But the down side is they let big groups stay which am not a fan of it was like being on an 18/30 so glad we where leaving as they piled in the pool area became a pool party which is a shame as I would not return for that reason

This hotel in pictures looks quite nice. The good points are it’s quite clean, wonderful shower, clean bed, good pillow choices. Great location, beautiful beach Reasons to not come again are as follows. If staying in the main hotel it looks like an 18-30 hotel. Like an ants nest. I felt sorry for the older people that chose this hotel as they were in amongst this. The food is not great,we had bed and breakfast but only ate there once in the evening. We had a swim up room in the hotel across the road, (same hotel just across the road) and it was like a little concrete jungle. It felt like you were in big brother. I think we were lucky as the couple of people that were in our pool area were nice and peaceful….. if a group turned up you’d be doomed. It’s ok for a budget holiday… certainly not what I thought and hoped it would be !

The hotel itself was very clean and modern with a good location, however the service and food really let it down. Breakfast was ok, but often cold and evening meals were very limited. I would not recommend anyone with allergies staying here as the staff did not understand. There were little cards on sticks with allergy info, but they were movable and scattered all over the place. I asked if any the desserts were vegan or non dairy (in English and spanish) and they just kept saying "no meat" This is disappointing as I had emailed the hotel before booking and was told there would be lots of vegan options....there were not. We were in a group celebrating a birthday and the hotel had asked prior to arrival if we wanted the room decorated on arrival for €40 which we asked for and wasn't done. My room was nice and housekeeping came everyday, but others in the group never had housekeeping visit. It seemed like the hotel was running on a skeleton staff who were very overwhelmed and agitated. Despite waiting for around 30 mins for a drink at the pool bar (It was empty) and the staff were just arguing with each other the guy then starting shaking the tip jar at us! Bizarre! A similar experience at dinner. Dinner finished at 930pm and the waitress was ringing a bell at us at 9pm to hurry us up and finish which we found very odd. Would not stay here again.
