We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival at this lovely hotel. It was modern, very clean, room (710) had panoramic views of the sea to the mountains. Modern bathroom with great, powerful shower and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in Spain!! The pool was very clean, with a built in jacuzzi and water jet, great modern sunbeds and outside bar seating area. Wifi signal was excellent in the room. We were half board and both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Plenty of choice, lovely salad bar, house wine 8 euros a bottle or 2 euros a glass! Within an easy 10 min stroll to the seafront where you can walk for miles, in either direction, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, golden sand (very clean) beach too! There is the no 23 bus by the hotel that runs into Palma roughly every 15 mins (a lot of stops!), or an 8 min walk to the bus stop for the no 25 (quicker service!), only 1.50 euros, so very cheap! Well worth visiting, a beautiful city! We had a taxi to and from the airport which was just over £15 each way. We will definitely stay here again next time, worth every penny! Paid approx £300 for two H/B three nights from Bristol with Ryanair, hotel booked through Hotels.com. ....and thank you to the lovely Dina who was very friendly and helpful and even bought my daughter Sophie a reading book in Spanish to practice the language!! x

“good value for little money”

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this swanky hotel on a bed and breakfast basis,the, breakfast food was okay, pool was extremely clean and the sunbeds were always available. The position is good and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach where plenty of restaurants and shops are open long hours. The hotel was always clean but always seemed a little short of staff, never anyone on the pool bar to get a coffee as there were no kettles or tea or coffee making facilities in the room, limited knowledge of English of the evening reception staff made for strange conversations. No fridge or table in the room was also a big miss. Wifi was intermittent too and around the pool was not good. Very much a German hotel catering for German guests but once we explained we were English everyone was happy to talk in English. We were told this was an adults only hotel and the brochure we were shown on arrival also said so but there were several younger children staying at the hotel.

“Unexceptional, but OK”

Middle-class hotel with quite some potential which sadly isn't used. Style-wise, the photos on the booking website promise more than reality can keep. The pool area is nice. The rooms are pretty small and have no mini-bar, but the bed is comfy. Friendly staff. But please: I know it's Covid time ... more

Middle-class hotel with quite some potential which sadly isn't used. Style-wise, the photos on the booking website promise more than reality can keep. The pool area is nice. The rooms are pretty small and have no mini-bar, but the bed is comfy. Friendly staff. But please: I know it's Covid time and end of season, but putting ONE single person on duty for handling both the whole reception and the pool bar, which is located 100m from each other, seems like bad allocation of staff ressources and made me feel unattended, e.g. when I waited for a beer while the poor lady was checking in 6 new customers.
