FOOD: Okay. Food wasn't cold like everyone is moaning about. The hotel is small so not too varied, but there is enough. I am vegan and there was very little for me, but enough to eat. Didn't expect much. ROOM: Our room was great. Fantastic decor with all facilities required. Step free access. The only issue was that the air con only worked in the bedroom. This is a big issue! Additionally, my daughter was asleep in the bedroom with the air con on, which meant we couldn't both sit on the balcony whilst she was asleep because the air con turned off when the patio door opened. SERVICE: Great. I read lots of reviews saying staff were rude but this couldn't be farther from the truth, always welcome to help. My daughter needed a doctor calling and the receptionist was extremely helpful. ENTERTAINMENT: No evening entertainment but knew that going in. There was day entertainment but as the hotel wasn't busy the staff had a job getting people involved. LOCATION: Nothing really around apart from a supermarket and some shops/bars down the road. Enough if you want a relaxing holiday. TOP TIP: Take a 20 minute taxi into Adeje. There is so much there.

the Hotel overall was 3star at best .food was o.k , very small buffet area plenty of seating inside & out , the apartment/rooms were well set out , bar staff and reception staff quite pleasant the resort was small not a lot to do there ....the one major issue we had was the pool area , how slippery it was in places especially the smooth slabbed area ,my wife and i had only been there a couple of hours when she slipped after getting out of the pool and broke her arm in two places completely ruining our romantic break , i would like to say this was an isolated incident ...but it was not , we witnessed 3 more slips and heard of three more , that's 7 in one week , no-one from the Hotel management team asked how my wife was , the staff were very caring , numerous trips to the hospital later we were eventually given the documentation to fly home , i cannot believe that this pool side slip hazard has not been mentioned in any previous reviews , we all got the feeling that the management were well aware of what was going on but decided to turn a blind eye to it .......shame as it does need to be addressed

The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious and well set up we have a 1 bedroom apartment which has everything you need. The staff are great and the animation guy is a ray of sunshine. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious and well set up we have a 1 bedroom apartment which has everything you need. The staff are great and the animation guy is a ray of sunshine. One of our issues is the food in the buffet restaurant is barely warm even when they renew dishes they are the same, surely it's not too hard to keep food warm they must prep it well beforehand. The only bar also shuts at 9.45pm, and they put out all the lights in the area, leaving us sitting in the dark. There is no entertainment at night at all, we came here for a relaxing break but this takes it to the next level. It's a shame because this hotel could be great if they addressed these points. We also asked Tui if we could be moved, but they were no help at all.
