“An amazing hotel and staff!”

The hotel is spotless, the bed and pillows - dreamy ALL the staff are friendly and helpful - Oleski at the front desk can not do enough for you. Entertainment is quality. Right on the boardwalk of the seafront which is fantastic! Already been twice this year and going back next year.

There is absolutely nothing we can fault, maybe one small thing the room was quite small but other than that it was the best hotel we have stayed. the food in the food market was exceptional always a variety and hot, past hotels the food and been lukewarm and these have also been 5 star, we would rate the food market better thank The Roast Restaurant. The staff so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. There was a lovely cleaning lady who every morning had a beaming smile and said goodmorning. The sunbed app we were a bit dubious of when we read about it but what a clever, stress free way to book your sunbed, every hotel should use it. We loved our stay so much we came back on Saturday and cancelled a holiday we had booked for next year and changed it to the Guayarmina. totally recommend this hotel

This is a really lovely hotel, very modern, clean and spacious. I had a great week here and would definitely come back. There are a few things worth mentioning; Rooms I upgraded to a junior suite and was therefore classed as a Platinum Club guest. The junior suites are lovely. They are very spacious, new and very well kept. The majority of these suites are situated in the part of the hotel overlooking the promenade. That promenade is lined with bars. I had room 2013 and the music in these bars didn’t finish until approx 1am. So, if you’re not going to be out and awake later than that, you will not be able to sleep. I asked to move rooms after three nights and I was moved that same day, the concierge / reception team could not have been more apologetic or helpful with this. If you are sharing a room with a friend (as opposed to a partner) then prepare for potentially not having any privacy when showering. The shower is in the middle of the room behind a sheet of glass, some have frosted glass (this was in the first room I had) and some don’t (the second room) and the toilet is also behind glass, albeit there is some slight frosting on that glass. Sunbeds There is a sunbed booking system which is a genius idea and takes all of the stress of that crack of dawn rush that normally happens to get a bed. There is an app you can access on your smartphone or there are large screens dotted around the hotel to use for the bookings. You can only book one day in advance and the bookings for the following day are open from 7am the previous day. You have until 12:00 to put your towels on your sunbeds, after that they are free for anyone to use. If you have not booked a bed, the lifeguard can assist you with which ones are still free. After 12, any without a towel are deemed free. Again, if platinum there will be two towels in your room or you can get them from the lifeguard from 10am onwards. You can find the corresponding number for the sunbed on the parasol. It is worth having a walk around on your first day to work out the numbers. Food The main buffet restaurant was a bit mixed in terms of range and quality of food. At breakfast you can get freshly made eggs and at dinner there is always stations with chefs cooking fresh meat or fish and the rest is the buffet style. The Roast restaurant was really good, buffet for starters and Al a carte main meal. You need to book to get in here. Exactly the same for the platinum club.

This is a very nice hotel with access direct to the beach front, restaurants and shops. The rooms were immaculate, food very good and the staff exceptional in their dealings with customers. The food hall could be noisy at peak times, food (in my opinion) could have been laid out more effectively ( I did not need to walk from one side of the dining room to get some salad and the other side of the room for some of the hot food dishes). The main disappointment was the archaic system of booking sun beds. Most hotels have a plan of sunbed locations on their web site. Although the hotel web site gave an area of beds available, it did not show a plan of bed numbers. Result, lots of people walking around trying to find where the actual beds were before booking them. (Note to management: go up to the Inspire Princess, just the other side of your main entrance and see how they do it). It could have been a 5* review if not for this
