This was a second visit for us and it was just as good an experience as last time. The staff were all excellent; they were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. We had a Level Package and it was well worth it for the room location and the individual a la carte breakfasts and the drinks and snacks in the Level Lounge. We felt the food in the Mosaico Restaurant was nice although sometimes the choice was quite limited and was not as hot as we would have liked. At times, we had to wait around for food to be replenished. The salads are excellent and there was always a wide range of desserts on offer (it might be a little more helpful if there was more labelling on these). The gym has been altered and refurbished since our last visit and this was excellent. We really enjoyed the entertainment on offer both at the Level Lounge and at the Refama Bar. We will definitely return and would definitely have a Level Package again. A great place for a great holiday.

“Peaceful stay with lovely views I didn’t upgrade and was perfectly happy.”

Really enjoyed our peaceful stay. Hotel built on a steep slope . There are lifts . I used the steps to keep fit . Lovely Terraced gardens . Staff all extremely pleasant. Food was very fresh and of a high standard. The coffee was hot!! Really comfortable beds!

“Nice Hotel but would not choose the level area”

We stayed in a direct pool access room in the level area for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay and do feel we had reasonable value for the price paid. We felt our room was extremely large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bed was very large and not two singles joined. The bed, pillows and sheets were really comfy, more than my own at home! I liked the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom and shower. It was handy being able to nip back in and out directly from our room during the day being literally pool side. The room was very quiet at night and we slept well. The food for us was perfect and the best we have had at a hotel buffet. The salads were outstanding, meats and cheese really good quality. I liked the food being prepared directly behind the hot food area and regularly refreshed. It meant the food was very freshly prepared and was not sitting in huge containers for a long time. I really couldn't complain about any aspect of the food. We didn't feel the need to go outside the hotel for any meal. Oh and the views from the buffet and the adjoining bar are amazing. As you are up a hill a bit you have a fabulous elevated views of Adeje. The staff we interacted with were all extremely friendly, professional, pleasant and helpful. The Hotel was all well maintained with beautiful gardens and interesting architecture. The music in the evening was fantastic with really talented performers. I really enjoyed the music and it could be enjoyed from the outside area at the buffet which was beside the bar. The Level lounge is on the level below the level pool and can be accessed by either a short flight of stairs or a lift immediately beside the area. Food or drinks cannot be taken away from the lounge. As far as I'm aware only drinks bought from the bar are allowed at the sun loungers. I did find this lessened the value of paying for the level area as it was not possible to bring even a soft drink from the level bar to your sun lounger. The drinks during the day are beer, red and white wine, cava, soft drinks etc. Between 5pm and 6pm they added gin, vodka etc. The snacks again were good quality but did not change during our stay. Salami, bread, mixed salad, some small sandwich rolls, fruit and a choice of two cakes. There were also jelly sweets and some crisps. For us the level pool area was not particularly interesting visually and had no views from it at all as it was set back into the hotel with rooms extending higher on three sides and the main bar area towards the front. It was quiet and peaceful, however in April the height of the building around it meant moving to avoid shaded areas as the sun moved. We tried the breakfast in the level one morning but much preferred the breakfast in the main buffet. The main pool looks pleasant and does have really lovely views from it despite being on the lowest level of the hotel. However it does have a road directly beside it but as we didn't sit there have no idea how loud it would be. In conclusion I'm not sure if we would return, if we did it would not be to the level. We did love the food, views, room and entertainment. We would maybe consider returning half board and booking a sea view room. We generally do prefer having a hotel with direct access to the prom along the sea front although of course these cost a lot more and do not have the same amazing views! As I said I do feel we paid a fair price for what we got and there was a lot about the hotel I liked but I would have preferred a more visually attractive pool area at the level. It just looked very uninteresting, especially in comparison to the other areas in the hotel. I may have had a more positive experience at the hotels main pool area.

Lovely hotel, as soon as you arrive the lobby is nicely decorated and the view overlooking the rest of the hotel is great. Greeted with a glass of Cava. The staff really make the hotel that extra bit special. Buffet breakfast was nice, nicer than I expected. A big selection hot and cold. There is plenty of entertainment in the hotel bar in the evenings, from guitarist and saxophones etc every night, great to have an evening wine on the terrace and watch the sunset. Olga is the best! The whole bar staff are very friendly and genuine. This hotel has a lot of stairs! (They do have lifts but some instances you will need to take 2 or 3 lifts to get to the pool) depending on where you are located inside the hotel. One thing I would say that needs work, is the restaurant next to the pool (we went there for lunch) it definitely needs some work, it was quite disappointing. Other than that we had a lovely stay and I would visit again.
