We stayed in a 1 bed pool view apartment, great view and nice balcony. We loved the pool area it was great for our 3 and 5 year old, as it had a big shallow area before it stepped down. The best thing about the hotel is the location, you are in and amongst all the restaurants and bars so don’t have far to walk at night, and right near the beach. We will definitely stay here again, when staying in Costa Adeje. Only improvement I would say is the security could be improved, as our room was accessed from outside of the hotel, from the street. There should be a locked gate that can be unlocked with your room key.

This was our second stay at Sol Sun Beach and regrettably our last..I retired in Jan 2024 and with much organisation fulfilled my promise to bring all my family back to Sol Sun Beach.First time as a family 5 years ago booked a 2 bedroom apartment room B4 -12.This was an amazing apartment with great views.Sadly our current experience being allocated room A1-24 has left a bad taste in the mouth and impossible to utilise the outside area due to excessive noise ( approx 15 feet from Burger King) ,2 aggressive "hairbraiding ladies sat almost in the apartment with us ,They were so loud,flicking copious amounts of peoples hair which could be visibly seen entwined around the fence trellis work attached to a wire fence surrounding the outside of the apartment ,also full of cigarette butts.They would often scream at each other and other "Sellers" This is aside of the 8 to 10 men selling the fake bags,glasses,football shirts,Etc,again can clearly be heard haggling all day everyday (even with doors shut tight).Only 10 minute respite when police drove along and once passed set up their contraband again.Night time also noisy due to street entertainers (Namely Micheal Jackson) and whilst a talanted individual there is only so much of Billy Jean on full volume (through an amplifier) one can take.It does quieten after 12.30,though can't really expect any sleep until after 02.30 ,once the majority of holiday revellers had gone (with their arguments ,singing etc.) As this apartment is situated ground level on corner of main drag.My daughter who is also booked in at this time is staying at room C15 and a completely different experience. The staff as ever work extremely hard ,always pleasant and happy to help.Restaurant always spotless and well stocked.These downstairs corner front rooms would be best suited to house domestic/catering stores only.

We booked last minute and Sol Sun Beach was one of our only options with Jet2. We got a fairly good deal for half board and booked an Xtra sea view apartment. Apartment was basic but clean. 1 double bed in bedroom and a sofa bed (where u just put a sheet over the cushion and 1 person sleeps there) plus a pull out trundle bed. My husband and 13 yr old slept on sofa bed and said it was comfy enough. Air con only in main living area and only a ceiling fan in bedroom which was noisy so was not ideal. I hate to think how hot the bedroom would be in July!! Oh and the bedroom faced out the back and the noise from the big hotel out the back at night was really loud, however it did finish by 11pm. Breakfast was ok although the hot food was lukewarm warm and sometimes looked stale. We only went for dinner once and it wasn't great. Pool area was lovely, clean and plenty sun beds available. Great views down to the beach. Would I visit again? Probably not but for the money it was fine .
