“Beautiful Family Hotel”

We are currently here as a family of 4. We have a 7 year old and a 4 year old. This is an ideal family hotel with all of the facilities you would need for your stay. “Tito” the barman is particularly polite, chatty and very helpful :) as are all of the staff, friendly and welcoming and always willing to help when they can. The only downfall is that the apartments are a little tired looking. The bathroom in particular is in desperate need of a refurb! It’s got to be 25+ years old. Besides that they are super clean and bedding/towels are replaced daily. Food is ok…. My kids haven’t eaten much at dinner time. One is autistic so is fussy anyway. Breakfast is probably the best out of all 3. However we only use the snack bar for lunchtime. I have an allergy and you can talk to the chef about it and they’ll confirm what you can and can’t have ( helps to speak a little Spanish! I know enough to get my by but a lot of restaurant staff don’t speak english ) To sum up - beautiful hotel. Gorgeous pools. Gorgeous views. Lovely staff. Clean. Well looked after. Everything you need is here :)

“Room with a view”

Nice hotel we had a room overlooking the pool with a good view of the sea. The room I thought was a little tired and not on a par with a Premier Inn, the bedroom a little small with limited wardrobe space, but just sufficient for our needs.That said the balcony was a nice size with two chairs and a table. Food we thought was very good, varied and of good quality with plenty of variation, the only down side was a lot of dishes with garlic in them, I don’t mind garlic, but you could end up with a meal that everything has garlic in them, we tested first and then we could control the amount we had. One observation we couldn’t find any jams at breakfast? The wines and spirits were very good, couldn’t really fault them. There were three pools all catered for most things, with the animation team doing a good job at the middle pool, offering adult themes and children’s themes. The pool bar had food snacks on, and drinks, with outside seating spaces. Sun-beds were always available and we didn’t struggle getting a bed So what problems, not a great deal really the wifi was a little hit and miss, and as I said the hotel a little tired, The hotel asked for credit card detail which I didn’t like having to give my card details, they wanted it in case of damage to the room!? No kettle in the room, but a microwave, so we used the microwave to make a cuppa in the morning. The shower was weak, little flow but was just about adaquate. No soft seating areas apart from the lobby all chairs were metal and not very comfortable. To end on a positive, staff were very polite and helpful.

“Great stay”

We spent a very nice week at the hotel. It very well renovated and up to date. The room was clean and spacious with a bedroom and balcony overlooking the pool. We spent a very nice week at the hotel. It very well renovated and up to date. The room was clean and spacious with a bedroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The room also had a kitchenette and there were some nice extras if you had small children, The 3 pool areas were great, well finished and well maintained. The sunbeds were the best I’ve used. There was a slide in one pool and one was heated so it was a nice temperature for early in the season. The all inclusive was very good. The food was good quality and available throughout the day, and there was a wide selection of drinks available, much more than the normal beer and wine. The animation team was also very good with activities throughout the day and evening entertainment. The only things we were less satisfied with were the bed settees. They weren’t too comfortable and broke very easily, to the point where we ended up putting mattresses on the floor. The dining rooms at meal times also felt like a bit of a scrum, as they were busy, hectic and not well managed
