Only have excellent things to say about this wonderful hotel. Welcoming on arrival and great customer service throughout our stay. A great variety of pools and activities, staffed by an amazing animation team and hospitality staff who work so hard to provide a brilliant experience. The restaurants are fantastic, well stocked and offer a real variety of foods throughout the day. We went all inclusive and were amazed by what was on offer. I really recommend this hotel for families as the entertainment and activities were fantastic, with friendly and polite staff. We had a truly fantastic time and are already looking to rebook as soon as possible!

Couldn't fault this hotel. Checkin experience was excellent so friendly and helpful. Didn't get the mans name(he wore glasses) but he was lovely and pleasant. Hotel interior and exterior spotless throughout. Room was great and we had views of pools, sea and town. Pool areas were fab and food throughout was great. I am coeliac and most of the chefs were very helpful just one who.couldnt be bothered . Most foods labelled with allergy advice. We were all inclusive and it was fabulous. Looking forward to returning soon.

Very good hotel. Staff are exceptional and the animation team is superb. Quality of AI food is very good with the burgers available from snack bar deserving of mention all of their own. Wine was good although beer could be much better (very bland) or offer more choice, even if happen to pay a premium for say draught San Miguel or Cruzcampo. Didn't feel the need to try the A La Carte restaurants available. Evening shows were top notch and enjoyed by adults and children. Our two year old loved Landi and the mini disco although the sound effects from DJ at mini disco were annoying and should be scrapped. Nothing hotel can do about it but not much in area if you want a break from hotel environs. Fairly steep hill down to small beach but be careful as waves quite rough even on a warm, calm day we visited and beach slopes away fairly quickly when you enter the water. You could quickly find yourself out of your depth if not a strong swimmer. Couple of bars/restaurants own there but seemed fairly quiet and we didn't visit any of them. Car hire from hotel extremely easy to organise albeit much more expensive than if hiring at airport. We only needed the car for couple of days but if you are thinking of longer term hire, some companies will arrange transfer to airport. Biggest disappointment was games area - some pool tables, air hockey and arcade games fine but others (involving getting tokens to win unattainable prizes) little more than a scam to quickly part your kids from their money. Difficult to avoid as you pass it on way to entertainment each evening and adjacent to main bar area. Overall though, an excellent destination as long as you're happy to stay within confines of the hotel for duration of your stay.

Had the best family holiday here! We can’t wait to return. Entertainment- we came with a 3 year old little girl and every night she stayed up with us as there was so much for children. The weekend was the best with two outdoor parties, with face painting, bouncy castle, popcorn station and much more. Landi Room- we booked the Landi room- it was PERFECT for families. The living room area was a great space with a little tent that our daughter loved hiding in and a chalkboard she loved drawing on. We were in M307 and it was perfect as it looked out onto the main pool/baby pool. The sun hit the balcony on the afternoon which was perfect while my little girl snoozed for some Mum time! Landi the mascot- we loved that the hotel had LANDI the hotel mascot. Our daughter is obsessed! Everytime he came out to do a dance in the day or in the evening at the disco she would shout his name. We have left with of course a cuddly toy version of him! Swimming pools- we spent our time between the baby pool and main pool. Nice and warm and not too cold! Beds would go quicker around the baby pool and be gone by 10- so make sure you get there early if you want a spot there. There was plenty around the main pool. Soft play area- needs work! Felt dangerous and not somewhere where we wanted to spend our time even though our daughter was so excited by it. There were lots of rips in it which was a shame and no balls in the ball pit- it if got a makeover it would make this place even better! Splash park- ideal! Our 3 year old loved it. Avoid the slide though we saw a woman go down it with her little child and hurt her back as it doesn’t have a soft area to land on, it lands on the gravel but goes fast as of course wet! Food- PLENTY! Not sure why people ever complain, there is so much choice and is constantly replaced and refreshed! With the Landi room you get one night included at the Italian or steak restaurant. The ribs fell off the bone and the steak were lovely. It was nice to do this and break the week up. You can organise your booking at a desk at by reception. There was no playground which I was surprised about as I thought it said there was and there was a picture on the map too but we asked and there wasn’t. Although we realised in the last day if you go out the back gate by the splash park there is one just outside the resort! The climbing and crazy golf looked great for the older kids and families! Shop on site- reasonable prices and have everything you need! Including every kids toy! Arcade/game area- our daughter loves this little area. We could bring our drinks and sit around it while she went on some of the games and her favourite horse ride! It was 1 euro per game and you could get change at a machine at the back. Drinks- everything you would want in an all inclusive. You can self serve beer, soft drinks around the pool bar and wine and beer in the restaurant which was ideal, sparkling wine too. Bar men at pool bar and children’s show area could have been friendlier. Just a smile maybe but it didn’t affect us as everything else was so great. The lady at the pool bar was very smiley and happy though! The Restaurant staff were so friendly! Overall a fab holiday! All inclusive was great. We would love to return with friends and family! Airport- get private transfers/ taxis- it’s around 35 minutes to airport.
