Amazing hotel! We stayed 7 days and had a studio flat We went June 6th too 13th we all absolutely loved it! Me and my partner and 2 children 1 being severely disabled and blind aged 6&2yrs old Clean friendly and quiet environment and helpful staff! Safe and secure security staff are on it! And are at the door around the clock especially in the evening there is 2 guards any disturbances they was on it! Disabled friendly as they have a lift to get access to other floors my daughter learnt and adapted her way around the hotel pretty quick, as usual in any hotel you’d get the odd loud person walk by within seconds it’s quiet again but never happened past 10:30pm so quiet my children was fast asleep and didn’t move or make a sound. We slept so peacefully beds was comfy, sofa bed was even comfy! We requested a cot before arrival which they fulfilled and even made the bed for us. A lovely little dining room table and chairs inside! The Kitchennete was perfect for what we needed. We had lovely black out curtains which help to keep the heat out and room dark when sleeping . The cleaners are amazing friendly and REALLY! trusted we left money in the room everyday and it was never touched, our daughter spilled some Maria biscuits I asked for a broom to be placed into our room so we can clean instead cleaner did it for us! Our room had a pool directly outside our balcony with a fountain so had an amazing night sleep with some “white noise”. We had a Lovely spacious balcony even a airer to dry our wet swim suits or beach towels and 4 chairs and table outside perfect to eat a little lunch in some cool shade. The hotel has a kids and adult Pool is amazing and lovely clean staff (kids pool has a lot more shade so is colder) we do intend to return to the pool this year in a hot day to see if it is better but we decided to spend our time at the adult pool anyways where both my children had amazing fun Before the arrival to the hotel I had a bad accident the staff was amazing. Piramedes staff went out of there ways to support me. The receptionists helped me call a taxi too go hospital and seek treatment and amazing directing me to the correct hospitals gave me a leaflets for the address. After hospital I went to the hotel as I arrived with a cast on my foot the security guards even helped aid me from the cab through the lobby lift too my room and the next morning as I was attempting to walk through the lobby to get some food they even had a pair of crutches waiting for me by the amazing staff members who said someone just left them as they had to get a plane home and didn’t want to take them! It made my other 6 more days quality No air con in our studio room Cheap renting the fan! Think 30 euros and 10 euros after you return it Great place on the main strip amazing local places to book boat trips and other excursions can’t wait to be back again in less then 4 weeks!
