We are currently staying at this hotel, noise is minimal from work being done. Loads of sun beds available throughout the day. The staff work very hard , they keep the hotel spotless. Food in the restaurant has been great every day. Perfect location next to bars and restaurants. Was my wife’s birthday and they sent up some champagne which was a really nice gesture. Would 100 % return to this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after being in contact with the hotel direct and were upgraded to a premier room which was lovely with sea and pool view this was due to one pool being out of use but we knew about this we also had use of the spa for the full stay. The bed and pillows were comfy our room had two large singles. The bathroom had a good shower over the bath and the bath was a good size deep bath. Towels were changed daily if needed and rooms always cleaned and tidy. The all inclusive food was bit hit and miss sometimes lots of choice from other times would be pasta or pizza but food was okay. Snack bar round the pool the food was cooked fresh so had to wait usually 15mins but was always hot. Cocktails came out of a pump during the day around the pool premixed weren't the greatest but soft drinks were OK. Sunbeds were easy to get we did put our towels out at 8.30 because it was on the way to breakfast but was always sunbeds. Entertainment during the day was normal darts, pool, bowls but they would annouce what was happening first thing but then not when it was the time for the event so you had to remember and go down as it wasn't in view. There is no party dance around the pool like other hotels or any entertainment in the pool no aqua aerobics at all we didn't use the kids club but there was one. Evening entertainment was actually OK kids disco was only 20 minutes stsrting at 8.10, then would be a singer before the main act at 9.30 sometimes it would be to 10 or 10.30 depending what it is. The hotel is near Veronica's strip so it's loud so ask for a pool side room we was 418 and never heard it unless the balcony door were open. You can get little tubs of ice cream in the all inclusive in the buffet when open any extras you can buy them which you pay at the end of you stay. One thing I don't think is fair is that your all inclusive finished at 12 on day of leaving even if you arnt getting collected till the evening. Considering we didn't arrive at our hotel till after 7pm on the day all inclusive shouldn't finish until you leave the hotel on day of departure.

Whatever you do, do not go all inclusive at this hotel it's absolutely dire we had the option to swap due to the ongoing works and thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt, now I wish we hadn't. Whatever you do, do not go all inclusive at this hotel it's absolutely dire we had the option to swap due to the ongoing works and thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt, now I wish we hadn't. Let's start with the drinks, the dispensed soft drinks and cocktails were rubbish, for a decent cocktail you had to pay 6 euros ( surely the price you pay for all inclusive would include fresh cocktails and not horrible ones from a machine same with the soft drinks absolutely no taste ). The food is ok always something but we ate out every night for dinner. Had snacks during the day one or twice however there is so crisps, ice cream etc available during the day outwith buffet lunch time maybe I am just comparing to other AI hotels I have been to, also once you've checked out you then have to pay for drinks which again something I have never had to do before. Apart from that the hotel is just a basic hotel with a pool, nothing fancy and definitely not worth 2k for a family of 3 for 5 nights.
