Hotel was nice we got there at 23.30 there was no food waiting for us,on the seventh day when we was supposed to leave we was not getting picked up until 19.00 they only allowed us breakfast quite a bit shameful I think. Hotel was nice we got there at 23.30 there was no food waiting for us,on the seventh day when we was supposed to leave we was not getting picked up until 19.00 they only allowed us breakfast quite a bit shameful I think. Entertainment was rubbish it was only on for 45 minutes and the surrounding area was very quiet we spent 6 nights in the same bar where of course there was no entertainment.SO MAKE YOUR OWN MINDS UP……

I stayed for 4 weeks in January and it was my first visit to Tenerife despite travelling extensively the World; 64 countries in total. The main purpose was to get away from the English winter as is my norm. On arrival the receptionist was very smartly dressed, polite and efficient and talked me through all the important aspects of my hotel stay. My room was spacious, clean and tidy with all the facilities that you would expect from an hotel of this standard and I had been allocated a room with a newly refurbished walk-in shower; much to my liking. The room had a balcony with a wonderful north facing sea view. The hotel layout was unusual as it was effective build on a cliff face but this had many endearing features not least the magnificent views from the restaurant and main bar lounge. The pool area with pool bar was where I spent most of my relaxation time. There was plenty of sun lounges to go round and the sun, at this time of the year, was evident from 10.15 am onwards. The outdoor pool was cold and not the best experience although there was a partially covered pool that was heated to cater for those wishing to enjoy a warmer swimming experience. The food standards and offering was very varied with plenty of choice and the menu repeated on a weekly cycle. On some days I found the evening meal choice excellent and others less appetising, although overall, there was always something to satisfy my appetite. The restaurant environment was modern but at the very busiest times a bit hectic for my liking at which times the staff were under pressure to maintain high standards; they seemed overstretched. The evening entertainment was varied in choice to cater for many nationalities and I enjoyed many of the acts who performed. During the day there was an entertainment team of 2 persons which was, on reflection, the least enjoyable aspect of my holiday as I felt they could have achieved a lot more if they had been motivated and able to relate to an older mix of guests; an important trait they were sadly lacking in which was commented on by many guests during my stay. Turning to last but certainly not least, the staff. My cleaning lady was excellent and the standards were high and consistent at all times. Reception staff were motivated and helpful at all times. The bar staff at the pool and main bar were a joy and delivered to a high standard and with a smile and sense of humour. The restaurant staff, chefs and waiters, were hard working and overall delivered a good standard of service under at times, trying conditions in terms of the numbers at busy periods; a couple more waiters were needed in the restaurant in the evenings. I stayed in an all-inclusive basis and I thought the holiday cost was very good value. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay, the weather was fabulous and the location was ideal and exceeded my expectations. Consequently, I have rebooked for 2025. Well done to all the Team.

“Great Holiday but unfortunately not a 5 star Hotel”

Positives 1st, The hotel staff are lovely & hardworking. Great entertainment throughout our stay. Beautiful views. The food/drinks was nice & a great selection for most barring diabetics. Positives 1st, The hotel staff are lovely & hardworking. Great entertainment throughout our stay. Beautiful views. The food/drinks was nice & a great selection for most barring diabetics. The weather was around 32 degrees throughout our stay. The negative side: there should be a bit more variety of foods/drinks for diabetics. To my annoyance, I did notice that when queueing at the pool bar for drinks food etc, that some people jumped the queue, but the staff was still willing to serve these people, there should be a designated start point introduced. This hotel was maybe once maybe a 5***** hotel but it is not now, as in our room alone: the dividing door would not shut properly, the mirror in the bathroom was tarnished around the edges & so was the key card handle, these was reported but nothing was done regarding this problem.

“Hotel good, food disappointing”

The hotel is in a lovely location, the room was large and clean with fresh towels every day. The pools were lovely and the weather very good whilst we were there. The hotel is in a lovely location, the room was large and clean with fresh towels every day. The pools were lovely and the weather very good whilst we were there. Unfortunately the food was not brilliant, there was a lack of vegetarian options, I ate carbs and salad most lunches and dinners. There was only four meal options on the pool bar menu included on the all inclusive, only one of these was vegetarian, everything else was an additional cost which I hadn’t expected.
