Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. lovely quiet hotel. spotless clean room with towels and handsoap. reception is friendly and they speak basic just enough english. the hotel is in a close up a very steep hill. about a 20 min walk to the restaurants at the beach. supermarket about 10 min walk. they have a coffee machine downstairs but if you are a coffee lover your best off avoiding it. hired a car with Autoreisen and struggled finding parking around the hotel. be aware of that. lovely pool with a few sunbeds. i would like to warn you tho the red tiles around the pool are as slippery as ice when wet. no kettle in room. would recommend this hotel anytime if you wanted to stay in Puerto

“More like a hostel than a hotel”

Cockroaches in room, went several days without room clean, had to put own rubbish out and request toilet roll on a few occasions. Bed not very comfy, breakfast a joke and no other meals on offer even though they show a restaurant, not allowed any form of music, laughter or social gathering with other guests due to residential are felt like a rehab hostel more than a hotel !! Staff are very friendly and helpful and do their best ! Very steep hill as pictured that tested my level of fitness at times so forget heels ladies I went over in leather shoes with heal plate

“Luck of the draw”

Went last year had a awesome time in the seperate building over the restaurant. Went last year had a awesome time in the seperate building over the restaurant. This time not so much had a tiny room on the ground floor next to reception that had loud staff and a pipe in the wall at the side of my bed that was loud every time someone above used the toilet. Their was a dog constantly yapping from the neighbouring building. Their was also people’s alarm clocks going off every morning. We was exhausted by the end of the week. Staff are always friendly apart from when we was told that check out was 11am at 11:15am and they needed the room so basically to get out and leave suitcases behind reception. Asked for a double room and got two single beds that we had to move about with head boards bolted to the wall. So yes it’s the luck of the draw depending what part you stay in.

Very friendly owner and staff !!! Basic room but very clean so everything I required as a single traveller. Quiet location but a 10 minute stroll to all amenities, steep hill as been mentioned in other reviews and it is a bit of a trek if you are very elderly or have any disability , otherwise a steady walk up it and its fine. If you are looking for luxury you will not get it at these prices, simple ! Overall value for money.
