“This is 3 stars hotel but deserves 4 stars.”
We stayed ( me and my wife ) in December 2019 ( 30 days ) and again in March 2020. Beautiful gardens , good pool and good rooms. Friendly staff ( especially in the restaurant ). “Rooms need a refurb. Could be a gem with some TLC.”
Been coming to the Nova Samui for over 20 years, stayed around 6 times in total and enjoyed all our stays. it fitted my needs perfectly..staff very nice but guy on the night desk a bit abrasive.. in need of a bit of tlc as bits of it a bit tatty rundown room good size but would not advise getting room at higher level 126 steps and no lift i reccomend paying extra for room on lower levels breakfast ok ... more
