Situated across the street from the beach, I chose a last minute, ocean view, balcony room(202). I'm traveling alone, single male and this room was noisy, right above the bar, but they had an amazing band that sang American music classics every night. It was fun to be in the middle of the action. If you're looking for quiet, get a pool view room. The room was spacious, clean, had all the amenities needed, great lighting options too. Big balcony with 2 chairs(a small ocean view though) . My room had a tub and separate shower. Bottled water, coffee and tea in the room. A Nespresso machine! The hotel was relaxing and beautiful. The breakfast was good for anyone. Plenty of selections. The staff accommodating, polite and there to help. Walking distance to everything I like to do. Tour company is right there, food, Barber, massage and shopping. Bangla road is a 8minute walk! Tuk tuk everywhere if you don't wanna walk. I'd stay here again for sure!

This hotel is in a lovely part of Patong. Far enough away from the chaos, but close enough to walk down to “walking street” etc. The beach is a stones throw away. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, everything we needed was provided. (Iron, slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer, shampoo etc) We had a pool access room, which was lovely. Because of the way the hotel is built around the pool, there’s not much sun. Which was a positive for us. If you want to use the pool I would suggest paying for the pool access room as there are no sunbeds to lounge around the pool. The staff were very helpful and polite. Absolutely no negatives with regards to staff. I personally did not enjoy the breakfast. But my partner did. (I’m English, he is Turkish) so I suppose it’s down to preference. My only negative comment would be, that 20minutes to check out when our airport taxi was waiting, is a bit much. They check your room upon check out, which I understand but I’ve never experienced before. There is a list in the room of charges for missing/broken items, so just be careful with the hotels items as a simple accident like breaking a glass or stained towel would be quite costly. Over all, if I was back in patong, I would definitely stay here again.

“Great first visit”

Enjoyed our stay. Amazing Hotel. Noce staff and rooms. Great Resturant. Friendly staff. Nice big rooms with AC and balcony. Never got to try the breakfast that was included but everything else was amazing.

We have just returned from a 9 Day stay at the Quality beach resort as part of a multicentre break, where to start all in all it's ok, firstly don't be fooled by the pictures advertising it, where they have photoshopped the open blue sky as a background it's actually located down an alley between an Irish Pub and a travel shop, it's handy as it's located over the road from Patong Beach. On arrival the staff are very friendly as we have found with all the Thai people, the rooms are well presented and clean, the pool area is clean and nice to look at with the island bar, unfortunately it really is quite small and there's no sunbeds, only a small number of seats to sit on there's also no sunbeds on your balcony, but in all honesty your balcony never really gets the full sun anyway due to the close proximity of the buildings around and the trees. If you go bed and breakfast it's served in the Irish bar, big question would be, would we stay again? Well yes but only for a couple of nights, positives..clean, well maintained, very central for Patong Beach, Negatives.. nowhere to lay round the pool, you can swim round the pool in around a minute, the main advertising picture was very much misrepresented.
