We visited recently and had the most wonderful time mainly because of the service received by all the staff. The location is excellent as the whole town of Monastir is walking distance and the beach is just a few meters away across the road. The water was so calm and clear that the sea felt like your own swimming pool which is great for the kids. Manel at the reception is super friendly so as all the other reception staff we dealt with. The Animation team were brilliant who kept us entertained throughout the day and evenings. The food was good and there was live cooking counter everyday for all meals. There is a Spa in house with some good treatments and there is a person in the lobby area who you can book all the excursions with. We did Parasailing and a Boat trip which were both fantastic. We also did Hammam, massages and few other treatments at the Spa which were really good. There is a Horse carriage guy just outside the main entrance gate who can take you for a tour or to the town and is super friendly. We had some Wi-Fi issue and they provided us with special Wi-Fi booster in our room and that too the director of the hotel personally came to install it. All in all the hotel is very clean with some great staff and excellent location. Only downside was that the rooms need updating but the rest of the facilities make up for it. You are guaranteed to have a very pleasant experience at the hotel in my opinion.

Big shabby hotel situated near the very center of Monastir (a few minutes slow walk from Ribat and medina). The building itself doesn´t appear in any way revealing. It ´s not very clean there but that´s the last negative thing of all positive ones. The atmosphere of the place s very catchy. It´s certainly also because the hotel hosts many guests from Tunisia and the surrounding countries and not only tourists from the West. The staff is mostly very friendly and the reception also works well. The food is very varied and the dining area is spacious. You can also use the seating area with a view of the iconic rock in the sea. There´s also some limitied choice of both soft and alcoholic drinks (mojito, gin with lemonade, beer). There´s also a beautiful garden with plenty of chairs and beds with beautiful pool with clean water and pool for small kids. There is a little medina-style bargain shop with trinklets and one more handsome one, which was closed most of the time. The garden, dining area and the lobby is full of cats (as is the whole of Monastir). The room (choose a sea view one!!!!!) is large enough with a pleasant sitting area on the balcony. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom isn´t very clean but otherwise it is quite functional. There´s also a TV which unfortunetly didn´t work. You can also pay for a little portable safe (I highly recommend). There is no fridge or minibar in the room. The system of cleaning is a bit strange but at least the cleaners are nice. There is a small beach located behind a not particularly busy road (but beware of Tunisian style of driving!!!) with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The beach itself isn´t very beautiful but you can swim (or walk to be more precise :D ) on the adjacent semi-public beach, which is much bigger and nicer. The whole place together feels surprisingly pleasant and friendly and I can recommend it for not very demanding customers who want to taste the authentic atmosphere of the country.

Small hotel.in Monastir. Stayed for 3 nights as part of a longer trip in Tunisia. Got given a smaller room on first night as arrival was close to midnight. Staff then upgraded us to the suite which was very good for the rest of the trip. Entertainment staff very good and keep children involved all day. Beach is facing the hotel and can be accessed by crossing the main road. One of the best beaches we've had a dip in. Crystal clear water. Food average and repeated. Might club was not open. The kids water park and indoor pool not available at the time. The spa is not worth the price.
