Just returned from a week at the hotel, and first time in Turkey. The hotel is in need of some attention but the staff are a great asset, all amazing and thanks to the barber for a great shave and haircut. Food was pretty good to be fair and stunning views over Oludeniz. The main drawback were my fellow Brits. Unbelievable language constantly, vaping and smoking everywhere, every one, male and female covered in tattoos. Embarrassing. We aren't all like that. However generally an enjoyable week.

We had a lovely time at this hotel! First visit to Turkey and the location of this hotel in the mountains was incredible, but 5/10 mins walk into hisaronu strip for all your bar’s restaurants shops etc. you need a taxi or hotel shuttle to get to oludeniz beach, it is not a walk you can do, we tried, very dangerous. But taxis cost 120/150tl so cheap enough. We were lucky with our room as it was huge and a big balcony overlooking the sea, basic room but had every thing we needed and was kept clean during our trip. Mini bar stocked with water and soft drinks was a great extra! Restaurant looked lovely with views over the mountains, choice to sit inside or outside, always kept clean and tidy by hard working staff. Food was honestly really good, always kept on chilled cooling plates or in the silver chaffing dishes for hot foods. Always covered. I was impressed with all the salads and cold choices, a huge variety and very tasty. The hot food however did cool down quick, but was always hot if you went at opening. Very tasty and in comparison to other AI the offerings were good and varied. Pool snack bar was good and tasty also. If you have a varied diet you will enjoy, if you only eat plain foods go to pool bar. The entertainment was really good, varied and fun! The staff were lovely friendly and helpful, not a bit “in your face” The other families at the resort were also lovely and we chatted to so many different people and it was so nice was like being a part of a big family! We are not big drinkers and we’re a bit worried about the all inclusive brits abroad vibes but this was not IT! We had Turkish baths, massages and a trip to the salon for treatments and staff amazing and prices to match! The price of this hotel is on point for its offering. Please don’t visit expecting 5* It is a 3* and priced accordingly. My only complaint is the hot food should not be sitting under a certain temperature (breeding ground for bacteria) for long periods of time. Tip- get it hot and fresh at restaurant opening.

This hotel is advertised as a 4☆ on easyjet but is at best a 3☆. Hotel has a lot of potential and could be better. I booked a sea view room as this was a present for my hubby's 40th, and I was so disappointed with this as you couldnt see the view for the trees. I spoke to reception who agreed with me that you can't really see the sea but said they couldnt do anything about the trees. Rooms are very small and in need of some much need tlc especially the bathrooms which also require a good deep clean. I requested that are bathroom be cleaned properly which never happened so I did it myself later that evening. Beds are very hard and duvet doesn't fit the cover. Food there was a fair selection but 1st few days it was luke warm and just not great, but this did improve on Wed and Thurs. Snack bar pizza is great as was the traditional pancakes. Their was no issues with sunbeds and pool area is nice with a great view. The entertainment was good in the evening and you could see the effort put in to each night. Staff are all friendly. It's in a good location to Hisaronu which is great for food, drinks and shopping and a 5 minute taxi to beach which is stunning. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs as there is a Cockerell or 2 who loves an early morning song. Overall fair value for what we paid.

First time here with my wife in April 2024, for 1 week. First impressions of our sea view room wasn't great. The room is average and needs a bit of updating and better finished off. We paid for the sea view room and it was a slight sea view. We did look around the hotel and seen that most of the rooms were on the same boat, but there were some rooms with, what most people would call a sea view room. Food was repetitive, as you would expect in a buffet, and was mostly lukewarm, you wouldn't go hungry though. A lot to choose from and you'll find something you like. Staff were great. Scenery was brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds and seats around for guests. Kids will love all the pools and slide. Plenty of things to do around the place. Cable cars are a must to do. Boat trips are a great day out. The market was a good day for learning your haggling skills for the shops nearby. Hisaronu is great for shopping, all the same stuff, so don't worry about missing out. The food in the restaurants were lovely. We ate out once in Hisaronu. Oludeniz Beach was absolutely beautiful, the water was out of this world and the blue lagoon is something else. We ate out twice in Oludeniz and the food was lovely. Hisaronu was a 10 minute walk and Oludeniz was a 45 minute walk or 5 minute taxi, costs 150TL. Overall we got over the slight shock of the hotel. It's not the worst, but it wasn't a 4 star. We both said we would come back and are possibly thinking of booking again next year, with our kids. Just feel that a 3 star review is fair on our experience.
