the staff are very nice. if you have kids it is 100% worth it tons of stuff to do here with kids. loads of places to relax/chill entertainment every night. the rooms are clean and tidy,you get your mini fridge refreshed everyday .We will come back to this hotel definitely

This is the fourth year I am visiting to this hotel. Many thanks to guest relations (Ersen, Kymbat, Emma, Enver, Ayfer) for quickly solving all issues which I faced. I love Sepideh workouts. She is an excellent trainer. I express my gratitude to the entire animation team. I really love Turkish (chef Sinan) and Italian restaurants (chef Faruk) for delicious food and good service. The hotel's evening beach is brilliant.

A fabulous hotel, room was modern and clean with special touches from our maid. The pools are large clean and offer quiete areas, slides and kids areas as well as a pool with music n games. A fabulous hotel, room was modern and clean with special touches from our maid. The pools are large clean and offer quiete areas, slides and kids areas as well as a pool with music n games. Food was fabulous lots of choice and available most of the day and night. Drinks were good too. Staff were great from the entertainment team, bar staff and waiters to the maintenance staff and cleaners. All work non stop and are friendly. Lots of activities throughout the day, it really was great value for money. There are lots of cats but it didnt bother us and if you leave them alone they leave you alone. Thank you limak limra, we will be back x

There is quite a bit to like about this hotel, but there is also much that was poor. Firstly I have tried to balance my views, with reality and take a softer view, of some of my feelings at the time. The hotel is the biggest resort I have been to and felt like it had no soul. I would say this is a majority Russian and Russian type of languages hotel! Arrival was late at night and someone helped me to my room and the restaurant for late food. The first positive impression was the late-night food! Often, it is just soup and bread, but there were more options at this hotel. The first negative was the room. I had three single beds, why? I later found that a couple had also been put in a room with three beds, so this is the default cheaper room! I went back to reception and asked for a double bed, but I received complete uninterest from the receptionist. The room itself had good quality toiletries and the cleaning team, put up with my late getting up and always cleaned the room. The 'Garden' rooms are basically with grass around them and some poor looking trees. I would try and go for something else if I was going again (which I won't be) Food - This was one of the stars, they worked so hard and there was so much choice. I would say that most of the time the food was at best luke warm, even arriving at 12.30, the start of lunch. A waiter should have taken drink orders, but this happened twice. Also if you are solo or two people, those tables are awful, as people will walk past you to get to other tables. Drinks - Very hit and miss. There are more cocktail choices than in similar hotels, but the making of them, was very much hit and miss. That said the amount of them, they make, it must be easy to do, i.e. by leaving out an element, the mixer or alcohol. If you tip, you get better quality spirits! Language - Next to none spoke English, at any level and most if not all the entertainment appeared to be in Russian. This was also quite poor. I do understand kids doing some singing and dancing, this is a family location, but the stage otherwise was not good. There are singers, or duos from 2200 to circa 2330 and this varied. The girl and boy duo on Friday and Saturday were brilliant, the rest, basic at best. Hotel well-being - I came here as like to use these services, but they did not seem interested in offering any. I did enquire about a shave, but 50 euros, is a joke! No wonder he had no customers, every time I walked past it was the same! Outside of the hotel there is nothing apart from about 40 shops and cash points (these do charge a fee) The shops were pharmacy, tourist items, bags, men or female clothes and trips. You can get a 1 euro bus into the nearest town or an hour from that town to Antalya. Trips - This is not the hotel's fault, but my experience was poor, but I want to add this as a reminder to people, or advice! I met and was told about a trip, that was £60, I said I would think and get back to him. I decided I would do it, again checked the trip and paid. As I was leaving, he added there was a small fee (first time in both conversations this was mentioned) It was entry to the first location. I kept being told it was a small fee and I did not have to go in, I could stay outside and drink coffee, yet the guide would go in! I asked how much and eventually it was 17 euros (that is not a small fee!) I got my money back and was so angry. My happy time was being in the sea and so that was a positive, but the stones, mean I would bring flip flops or something. Overall - Very disappointed and have no idea, how this got such a high trip advisor review.
