This was quite a late booking after someone told us about it. We booked with Easy jet holiday and wow we were not disappointed. The hotel looks fabulous as you approach, and we walked into the reception we knew we had made a good choice. The reception staff were excellent and within 15 mins we were on our way to our room. It's an all-inclusive hotel where cocktails, nice wines, and spirts are available . The room refrigerators are topped up daily with beers. soft drinks and still sparkling water. There is entertainment on every night and over 20 food stations in the restaurant that cater to every taste. The pool area and beach have ample sunbeds and sun shades and fresh towels are available daily. There are a couple of al a carte night experiences at no extra charge which were really nice. We will definitely visit again

“Fantastic family holiday”

We visited this hotel in October and we were a little worried about the hotel as the last couple of reviews weren’t great. Well what a pleasant surprise. We had 10 nights here, the staff were lovely, a few spoke English well and the ones who didn’t still tried really hard to help. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a decent size. On our first day my daughter had an accident in the pool and had to have 4 stitches, all of the staff who helped were amazing, they made us feel calm and reassured. They arranged for transport to and from hospital, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was good, there was always a good variety, you did get some of the same things but you only had to look around to see that there were new dishes added on a daily basis. There were two poolside bbqs whilst we were there and both were fantastic. One was meat and the other was fish. If you get chance try the A la carte restaurant, it was superb but go hungry because it’s a feast!! Breakfast was the only meal we were a little disappointed with but but we still found things we liked, my youngest daughter loved the pancakes. The pools were clean and well maintained. The only downside I would say is that we wished the slides were open for longer than they were. The entertainment staff were fantastic, slightly wasted on our teenagers who were a little bit old for some of their activities but the younger kids looked to be having a good time. Let’s talk about the poolside foam party!!! That was a great ending to our holiday, all of the family had the best afternoon! All in all a great hotel and a great holiday!!

“Update bedding and cleaners”

Generally clean, good hotel with enmities near by. Walking distance to the beach, market place and entertainment every night. Language was a barrier as they spoke mostly Dutch, German etc English was very hard for them to understand let alone speak. The hotel catered mostly for Germans this Augu... more

Generally clean, good hotel with enmities near by. Walking distance to the beach, market place and entertainment every night. Language was a barrier as they spoke mostly Dutch, German etc English was very hard for them to understand let alone speak. The hotel catered mostly for Germans this August! The cleaners would leave dirty towels back on the shelf and wouldn’t change the bedding. There had been times when we had to grab clean towels from their trolly. The hotel needs to update their bedding as it was old and bobbled, made us itch, had bad nights.
