Well where do I start? My Husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our 30 year marriage anniversary. It was actually in 2020 but COVID stopped us coming then. On arrival we got there very early hours but were given a selection of sandwiches & drinks etc as we'd been travelling a good while. Unbeknown to me my husband had emailed in advance asking could he organise a surprise for me etc. He was told they'd make our stay very enjoyable. We were given a room of single beds initially although we'd booked double we immediately went to reception to enquire why. We spoke to guest relations manager dealt with us she was called Malika. This woman went out of her way the entire holiday to make sure we were treated like VIP it certainly felt so. She of course placed us into a room that was double but it also had a sea view so was dazzling water on the horizon and beautiful sunsets. We were treated very well by all staff we came into contact with however there are notable members of staff we would like to Commend and hopefully hotel management will single them out and pass the compliments on. We had a beautiful dinner on the night of our anniversary with beautiful table decorations and very attentive waiters and our room was adorned with swan display on the bed and selections of fruits and fizz for us to enjoy. Look out for the translations on some foods on display one in particular gave us giggles pic shown. We booked a Day excursion that was great. In the main restaurant was Mehmet what a lovely young man he was always made his way to chat and get everything we needed without us having to ask and we always headed to his section. Another waiter who waited on in main restaurant and Beach bar was Mustafa he made sure my cocktails were stupendous haha. Our room service was taken care of by Hatice what a lovely lady she was. Last but not least was Fatima on breakfast bar she made the omellets Dave so very much liked. We had so much fun we chatted in Turkish language she loved the fact we tried to communicate and I'd like the message that get to her please tell her Dawn says Seni seviyorum she'll laugh. So onto the hotel itself then. This was lovely and right onto the beach and facilities were great it was an overall great holiday made even more enjoyable by the lovely staff. I will note though that the quieter round pool could go with steps leading into it. As a person with needs I'd have enjoyed the quieter pool if I could have got into it. That's no bad thing in relation to the hotels pools though just an area for them to consider adding steps over the closed period. Back to Malika we had a great rapport with her. I purchased some beautiful hand crocheted toys from the Bazaar market for her children as a thanks for her attention and hospitality. For all the others we have mentioned we gave money, all my beauty products and toiletries, perfumes etc the stuff I can afford to replace next time we travel but would give them something lovely as a surprise. What a fantastic hotel with the best employees we've witnessed in all the years of visiting Turkey. Note / great tip to people reading this... Learn a bit of Turkish language before you go, it really does go a very long way to a great holiday experience and added fun and laughter. Hope to see you all again! Very nice staff team, quite tasty food, there are a lot of entertainments for adults and kids, everyone will find something interesting for himself. And the hotel is quite close to Manavgat what is really handy if you want to visit cool places in the town

Positive aspects: well-maintained green spaces; sunbeds also on the lawn, near the pool; cleaning; polite staff; very good and diversified food and desserts; many fruits; daily entertainment program (for adults and children); bar on the beach open until midnight; 3 elevators. Negative aspects: the beach and the entrance to the sea, with gravel; the water is deep right from the shore and with stones (about 1.5-2 meters deep after a few steps); you definitely need water shoes; the sea is calm only in the morning, the rest are waves; in the evening the volume of the music was disturbingly loud, until 1 am (in the room, you could not stay with the balcony door open); drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) of medium quality; the staff cleared the tables in the restaurant and on the terrace, very noisy in the handling of the dishes they collected; while the tourists were serving the meal, he swept among the tables; the carpet in the hotel hallways is dirty; the requested packed breakfast was disappointing, carelessly packed, without taking into account the fact that the tourist will serve this breakfast on the road, in the bus or at the airport, without having cutlery and napkins at hand (1 bun (bread) and 2 slices of cheese, individually wrapped, at the rush, 1 cucumber and 2-3 cherry tomatoes, a few olives and a fruit).
