About a one hour trip from the city of Salta travelling through the Valley of Lerma. On the edge of Cabra Corral reservoir, has a beautiful view and all the necessary amenities. “A little oasis an hour from salta”
This is the second time I have stayed here for a weekend. It did not disappoint. It is an hour from salta on way to cafayate (2 hours from cafayate). El dique is signed to left from main road. “Scenic”
Great views, right on the dam, quiet atmosphere all around. Dinner is another upside. Prices are not average but the hotel boasts a unique location. Views from our room were breathtaking but decor needed refurbishing. Pricey but worth visiting.

“Good Family Getaway”
The lake view from the hotel is calming. There are water sports around the corner and the hotel has a daily cruise. The vibe is decidedly family. Great pool, decent food, bad beds but the beauty of this giant man made dam is worth it.

“A gem for fishermen”
I was driving through Coronel Moldes on way to Salta and the driver suggested we stop by the Hotel. It's a dam that feels like a lake full of life and boating. Mostly, it's the fisherman's hotspot. The hotel was quiet but comfy.
