“Good Hotel if you get a decent room, Front Desk staff not welcoming. Great location in the village”
The Hotel looks very good with an impressive lobby. We had two bad experiences. 1. A driver who was supposed to pick us up from the airport, but he did not show up. “Average hotel”
Went with this hotel because it was close to the bus station and seemed well rated. The rooms had air conditioning, but our room never got quite as hot as it needed to. “Cancellation before arrival”
We experienced that they cancelled our booking 4 hours before arrival due to non valid credit card. Even though we booked the hotel months in advance and contacted them several times. Upon departure, we experienced a water leackage in our room, and all the clothes in our bag were soaking wet.
