“Great independent hotel”
We needed a 2-bedroom suite - which are usually hard to get - so I took a chance with an independent hotel I've never heard of before - and the bet sure paid off! “WONDERFUL STAY”
We had double deluxe room, which was large, clean, and nice. AC worked good and without noise, bathroom with bathtub, clean and functioning well, good breakfast, and most importantly wonderful stuff that helps with anything you need. We had a very positive experience!

The location is very good. In the center of Yerevan. In a few steps from the Republic square and Northern avenue. Rooms are OK, not high quality hotel clean .. very dirty balcony.
