“Nice hotel in a nice location”

The reception lady is very good to help us for checking in and the direction to park our rental car underground. She also had a worker help our luggages located to our room. The hotel is very busy with lots tourists most of the time but we were luck to catch a right time to check in. I booked ... more

“Great hotel”

This is a lovely hotel. Perfect location, near the old town and river. Bed was super comfy, slept so well. Wardrobe is behind the curtains - took a while to find! :) Pool was nice. Bathroom clean and staff very lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend

A really nice hotel in a great position virtually on the river as well as adjacent to the old town. The staff without exception were charming and super helpful. We had a lovely spacious room with a sofa and also an armchair suspended from the ceiling! Very good breakfast with plenty of variet... more

“GREAT STAY, 5 STARS!!”

What a beautiful well run hotel! The employees, facilites, parking garage, location and breakfest are OUTSTANDING!! I would DEFINITELY stay there again. They're even going to mail me a piece of clothing I left in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

She also had a worker help our luggages located to our room. The hotel is very busy with lots tourists most of the time but we were luck to catch a right time to check in. I booked directly with hotel and our room is on 5th floor. It doesn’t have city views but very quiet and roomy enough for us. It doesn’t have microwave which would make it perfect for our two nights stay. The breakfast is very nice with lots selection. All the staffs are very nice and well trained. The spa and pool are also very nice to use. All the main attractions are walkable. You can go early in the morning to have the whole old town by yourself. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again..

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
