Good experience in the center of Brussels! The staff was warm and accommodating, making every interaction a pleasure. The room came fully equipped with essentials like an iron, coffee maker, and safe, ensuring a convenient stay. The bathroom was impressively large and immaculately clean, adding to the comfort. Breakfast was abundant and varied, catering to all tastes. The bar was both quick in service and cozy in ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brussels!

“Central but "compact"”

I've stayed here before - largely because it's convenient for the trains and public transport, Also, it's a safe area after dark and near both the large shopping centre over the road (there's a Carrefour in the basement) and the Grande Place area for restaurants and bars. The rooms are fine - good bed, bathroom, fridge and coffee machine. Mine was clean. The downside this time (but not always in the past) is that my room was "compact": to get from one side to the other you had to turn sideways and squeeze past the bed. It's so tight that there's a shelf/feature under the telly to stop you bumping into it while you're doing this. Fine if you're on your own but would be wearing if a couple. I didn't eat in: there's a Starbucks in Place Rogier that opens at 0630 if you're after a coffee and a croissant so I'd go there unless the food's included in your package. The bar's good and not overpriced - helped by a E5 voucher given daily if you don't want your room cleaned.

“Good for a stopover stay ”

Very big and standard hotel in brussel centre ! Good location to many restaurants/ cafes and also walking distance to grand place and around! Frontdesk functional , room functional a bit tide to walk in. Expensive breakfast we didn't take. Good for a stopover or short stay!

“Close to city center”

Good location to get to the city center very quickly. Nice downstairs bar with pool table. Rooms for average size. The gym was nothing special but they did have a sauna. Good location to get to the city center very quickly. Nice downstairs bar with pool table. Rooms for average size. The gym was nothing special but they did have a sauna. The TV offered many choices including Netflix and YouTube. The breakfast buffet was a 7.5 out of 10. The reason I am giving it a three out of five is because either their heating and air-conditioning system is outdated or they intentionally control it to save money. The room was very hot and I could not open the window from the floor I was on, and the air conditioning did not blow cold enough to make the room comfortable at all to sleep in. The hotel should fix this and if you are someone that likes to sleep in a room that is a little bit cooler then this is not the hotel for you. Also, as an aside, it had more of a business crowd feel to it versus other travelers.
