We booked here for 6 nights recently. The hotel is really clean, room was clean and spacious. We had a room on the 6th floor. Food was always hot and always put out fresh. The restaurant was always busy so needed to be refreshed but this was always the case and very rarely not replaced unless it was late into the service and nearly finished. We went all inclusive and ai customers have a separate part of the bar to get drinks. Never a big queue to get drinks. The sign says only 1 drink but the staff were ok getting your partners etc. the snacks selection for all inclusive was a little poor and consisted of a nuts/savoury mix and crisps out of a big tub. Drinks were also fine. The maid downside to our stay was the majority of the other guests. The older Spanish guests. The majority of them are just rude. This involved looking you up and down and talking about you. Pushing in at reception, for food, and at the lift. There was the odd couple that would say Buenas Dias when getting in the lift etc. this may be different in the summer but the fact entertainment in the hotel always centres around the Spanish guests doing their line dancing even when there was a singer on! They were even at it in the park across the road every night with a billy portable speaker!

I was staying here in early October as a base for visiting freinds it is only a 15 min walk along the beach front to the old town as expected 90% spanish guests but I had no problem they were all polite and freindly, The room was basic but comfortable and clean the room was serviced every day, the shower was great. The reception staff were very freindly and helpful and all but one spoke English. The food was exactly what you should expect from a 3 star hotel,the staff in the restaurant were replacing any cold food on the buffet all the time, my only problem was it gets very busy and if you get up to get more food the staff have a habit of clearing your table and at certain times it was so busy I struggled to get another one. Overall it was a great stay,value for money and will return next time I visit Benidorm.

“Good break away!”

Canny hotel! Very standard but you get what you pay for breakfast wsnt nice but i could deal woth fruit and toast, such a handy location as the beach is just a five minute walk! We have booked again for next year 😊

The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean very spacious room..staff are very friendly and professional and always had a smile.. food was OK a bit repetitive but there was always something to eat.. breakfast was by far best meal.. cleaners did a fab job and work very hard.. now for the but.. this wasn't our first choice of hotels ours got cancelled so we was sent to this hotel..it was spanish run so 95% was spanish..never in my life have I met rude people like them.. they are very ignorant, look at you like dirt.. they see you coming for lift but still go up without you..they stare and whisper.. we always say grathias but I forgot once and said thank-you.. omg the spanish man waved his finger in my face saying no thank-you its grathias.. i said sorry grathias then..we tried smiling to loads but no response what so ever..its not the hotels fault.. we met 2 other couples who wasn't spanish and they said the same very very rude.. mobile scooter was an issue for the first few days..they was enough room for about 8 so when we went down and realised there was like 13/14 scooters in a tiny room any they unplug and move your scooter out the way.. we reported this to reception and we was shown to another room where I could charge it.. overall lovely clean hotel friendly staff ok food but if your English stay away..
