The location
Swapping rooms from a twin bed to a double bed became a highly uncomfortable experience in that staff members seemed to want a clear explanation why girlfriend and I were wanting to change in the first place. On top of that we had to pay an unexpected 45 euros to do so.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn for four days with my husband. On arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff who made us feel very at home. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the views were breathtaking. The room was beautifully presented and very modern. From start to finish we were provided with everything we needed and the staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed. We loved our stay at the Park Inn and will definitely return.

Location, right on Alexanderplatz, very close to U and S stations. rooms are ok, mid size, rooms with bath, bath is high and stepping out need care. Room charge is not high but it is like low cost flight everything cost extra as internet, Breakfast is very good but pricy.

Located in the heart of Alexanderplatz. Just meters away from the TV tower. We got to the hotel straight from the airport by the train, can't be easier. Very nice rooms with wonderfoul view. Great staff. The hotel is so central you don't have to worry about anything. Everything is close and everything is very reachable by public transportation or by foot.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and were lucky enough to be located on the 33rd floor. The view is probably one of the main plus points for this hotel. The room we had was modern with everything we needed for our stay. Some might have privacy issue with the bathroom shower set-up Breakfast was included in our rate and the selection was extensive. Wi-Fi is not free at this hotel and is nearly 10€ a day . !! Really think they should provide free Wi-Fi for guests.. Have stayed here before would probably stay again..... One other thing you will probably need to ask for extra pillows.. and we collected them ourselves from reception.

Had a short stay here while visiting Berlin. Hotel was good and conveniently located for our needs. Meals at Spagos good but breakfast at 19 Euro a bit expensive. Would stay here again and hoping to come back to Berlin in 2019 to see more sights and history of Berlin and also to catch up with relatives in Germany whom I have never met.
