“A good choice for families - not for a relaxing stay”

We stayed here as part of a tour group so had no choice in accommodation. It was very good in parts but not so good in others. As stated previously, it is in the middle of nowhere but not in scenic surroundings. It is more an industrial area. However, the restaurant was excellent and well priced so there was no need to leave the hotel to eat. The breakfast was good but did not match up to the quality at dinner. The only negative as far as the restaurant went was that it is very large and noisy but the food could not be faulted. The rooms are large but quite basic but as we were only there for 2 nights it did not matter too much. There is a large supermarket across the road so we could stock up on water etc. I would not recommend the hotel for a couples stay. It is obviously geared to tours and families even more so. The pool area was very busy with activities and played extremely loud music. We were out on tours most of the day so not affected but would not have liked to spend any time around the pool. Fellow travelers that did a shorter tour said their afternoon was spoilt by the noise.

“Very good option to stay in Iguacu”

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, swimming pool very large, good food in the restaurant buffets, very good and attentive service in all hotel areas, well located and reasonable distance to all attractions in Foz do Iguacu, as well as to cross to Argentina side. Very nice hotel, rooms are clean, swimming pool very large, good food in the restaurant buffets, very good and attentive service in all hotel areas, well located and reasonable distance to all attractions in Foz do Iguacu, as well as to cross to Argentina side. It is much better to stay in the Brazilian side of the Falls. Much better infraestructure, nicer city. It took us one hour to cross Argentinian immigration, which only had a couple of windows open to process a high volume of cars crossing the border.

Lovely Resort which which appears to designed more for family groups, etc. than tour groups. Our rooms were all on the ground floor and most of the group had triple rooms: 1 x queen bed/2 x single beds in a room that clearly was not large enough to cater for 3 beds. Lovely Resort which which appears to designed more for family groups, etc. than tour groups. Our rooms were all on the ground floor and most of the group had triple rooms: 1 x queen bed/2 x single beds in a room that clearly was not large enough to cater for 3 beds. The amount of room to get between the furthest single bed to gain access to the bathroom area was only the width of a knee-cap! The restaurant & food standards were excellent as were all the other amenities.

“Avoid in my opinion - very disappointing ”

When you arrive here it looks great but behind the fancy bits what a dump. Internet did not work without trip to reception. Safe did not work, sorted after another trip, room cleaning dubious- muck all over bathroom door, poor sound insulation (child above!), no tea/coffee in room, water chargeab... more

When you arrive here it looks great but behind the fancy bits what a dump. Internet did not work without trip to reception. Safe did not work, sorted after another trip, room cleaning dubious- muck all over bathroom door, poor sound insulation (child above!), no tea/coffee in room, water chargeable and and. Nowhere near eating or drinking places and hotel restaurant does not open until 1930. Our view dreadful - see picture. Staff helpful but no apologies etc. Not a place we will return to.
